I once PCed a set at 14psi for 8 hours, accidentally.
The only issue was the grains at the top of the jars were slightly dry on those with plastic caps.
An extra 30min isn't going to hurt anything but the grow killing contams.

I wondered the same thing. I've put canula's on the skulls of mice for micro-dialysis and that's not even done with a flow hood.

You can also speak to me directly..
Well, its plain simple, all these mice are genetically altered and any contaniments could effect the experiments.

That makes a lot of sense actually.

I've heard of that, though usually in the form of a news story reading "animal rights activists break in and free lab animals, all animals die because they have no immune system."

Yea exactly, but not all the mice got an instabile immune system,
some strains are altered in a way that they react on different types of bacteria, virues, stuff like that on a different way.

you didnt even open the pc, so i would just inoculate them without pc them twice..
also i pc my jars for just 60 minutes, and have no contaniments at all, i think the 90 min thing aint necessary.

i did the same with mine. only 60 minutes and didn't have any contamination so i think you will be fine with noccing them once you take them out of your pc.
