Both of these were found in woodchips in South Snohomish County WA.
1st mushroom was probably more prevalent than anything i've ever come across before. 1000s of them it seemed.

Second mushroom was nearby but looked interesting. I managed to take the blurriest habitat photo ever and have me still think I got a good one when I checked it on my phone.

Your first mushroom reminds me of Gymnopus villosipes. I have seen them cluster like your photo, and they share similar qualities. I don't think they grow outside of California though. So I am hesitant to call your collection by that name. I do think they are some sort of Gymnopus though.
Number two is indeed a coprinoid of some sort. Maybe Byrain has a better idea about species.

That stipe doesn't look quite glabrous and it has no veil so I think its in Coprinellus sect. Setulosi.

#1 Some Laccaria species #2 The gills look pretty dense, the cap is so convex, the stem is a little rough ... Maybe it could be a Coprinus species? I may be way off base
Coprinus fimetarius or Coprinopsis cinerea
Very cool finds!
