Habitat: Found in the backyard of my workplace, downtown Berlin
Gills: beige color
Stem: breaks with a snap, long, thick base
Cap: Diameter 1-3cm (0.5-1 inch)
Spore print color: beige
Bruising: Doesn't seem to bruise, a very light shade of violet-grey inside the stem, very, very bleached, almost white.

Someone might leap in but I wouldn't mind seeing better shots of stem and gills, those are very blurry.

Any trees nearby?
Looks like a cortinate veil on the left one in picture 3. Thinking Cortinarius sp.
Better pictures and more information would be really helpful. Try cutting a specimen in half lengthwise and take a picture, and note if it has any specific odor.

Growing under a willow. They are quite small, but it migt be the weather, they surfaced when the weather was 8-13 celsius(46-50F) but two days later it went up about 5 degrees celsius (50-64F)

I think they could be something close to Psathyrella multipedata.

these looks and feel rather dry at the cap. From a distance, it looks more like sun bleached dog poop than a mushroom. The gills are protected by webbing (silky fibers) when small

Psathyrella make an audible snapping sound if you break the stem, Some have a that silky webbing when young, and their caps feel dry. I guess they could be Psathyrella candolleana. I don't know what species but I'm almost certain they are at least in that genus.

I was thinking Hebeloma, butQuote:

This is a signature trait of Cortinarius.

This is a signature trait of Cortinarius.
they do look a bit like Cortinarius praestans, however the stems are thinner As per the wiki description of Cortinarius praestans, they are white with a shade of violet when young, haven't really seen them mature though. Will check in a few days.
by the shape of the stem, they look closer to Hebeloma anthracophilum. The 'veil' when young is more like a random weave of cobweb, and it disappears when it grows to 1 inch diameter
The webby veil is pretty much like cortinarius SP suggested above, pic from wiki:
