Is it time to harvest? Growing First time 2 x kits

Hey everybody. Well this is my first time i am trying to grow mushrooms. I ordered 2 x growkits (thai and mazapatec) from some website, i guess i decided to go easier way for the first time. Thai is goin very slow and i dont know why because both growkits have 100% same conditions. And Mazatapec is going really nice and now i want to know is it time to harvest it tonight or to leave it maybe until morning??
Here are recent pictures i just took 10 minutes ago:

Oh yeah, they are ready to be picked.
You can let em go even more if you want, but for best potency to weight ratio, you can pick em all now (at least those that have their veils torn, which seems to be the majority).

really good job on your first grow man . definitely harvest since it looks like the veils are broken on most of em.
Now you can do the entire process yourself and become self-sufficient!

nice grow! pins can survive dunking, just pick what ever ones you can get to with your fingers and dunk away.

i dont use kits, so ima just say what i know. pick all your fruits, but dont worry about getting each and every last tiny pin, they will be fine. dunk, pour off any excess water and put back into fruiting conditions. hope this helps

Honestly I wouldn't re-dunk for 8-9 hours... Typically with my monotubs I dunk the entire substrate for ~4 hours....

Yeah use a food dehydrator. If you don't have one go get one. You won't regret it

Go get one! there are lots of different ways to dry mushrooms without a dehydrator. My ffavorite way is to set a space heater in a laundry basket and lay a fan on its back on top of the basket blowing up. Then put your mushies on the fan. That's my take on a homemade dehydrator

I'd buy a dehydrator- they're cheap and a space heater would cost so much more to run.

Congrats on your first harvest, looks like there's some monsters in there! I have to agree with everyone, check Craigslist for dehydrators, I got mine really cheap from there. If not possible, get a fan to blow over them for a while (overnight?), let them get as dry as possible, then put them in a container with DampRid or silica gel to get out the last bit of moisture. Don't let the mushies touch the desiccant though.

Try to get them as dry as possible with the fan before you put them over the desiccant.
The silica is usually used to pull the last 5-10% of the moisture from your shrooms. It takes a long time to dry them all the way with desiccant.
