That includes both legal and illegal immigration. Who knows how much of that is illegal immigration. We have about 10,000 illegals cross the Mexican border each day.

Perhaps teh phrase "ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS" confuses some people, tho I don't see how. They are here in violation of our law. We don't cater to people that come here illegally. If they'd like a drivers license, we'd be more than happy to ship them backto Spixico and let them attain one. Obviously these people don't have the requisite intelligence to build a society, or Mexico wouldn't be such a shithole, so why are we letting them in?
As for not being able to stop illegal immigration... I think that if we actually put some effort into it, and made it so that as SOON as we found them here, we shipped them back, we'd be off to a good start. giving them drivers licenses and other social privledges (i.e. the right to attend schools) is idiotic.

The problem is the border states are largely responsible for border security, which is clearly a federal issue.
