Really glad this is happening. Good job Jan never gave an ID and I'm not feeling like pushing him, so they'll remain uncertain for now.

I asked him about it and he said given your location and the pics, it is probably Psilocybe serbica var. bohemica. He hasn't studied the collection yet though, we'll know more when he gets around to it.

He has 2 different species here for sure. ive grown out both twice in grain and the second one is definetly not the same as the serbica. He says P caerulipes, but I am not sure about that. The first one is most likely P sebica var bohemica like you say Alan but its the other one that is the real mystery. Would love it if you took a look!

Well I put species 2 , which he labeled P caerulipes, to wood chips. At this point I will just refer to it as unknown species 2 .
It was amazing how fucking blue the grain spawn bruised when i shook the jar!!!! Like nothing Ive ever seen!! This myc is not as vigorous as the P serbica was. Maybe a different variation of p serbica or more likely something else all together. But not as weak as a P quebec or stuntzii either. No question its active, I hope it likes the wood chips. I tried some fresh chips and some 1-2 year old chips just in case.
US2

I also split up one of my original pots from the P serbica var bohemica already! Why wait for this little pot to completly finish when you can make 3-4 way bigger ones in the same amount of time with it.

This is really awesome. Do you have a method of your own or by some guide? I took extra care to try and keep the prints from any mold spores, but still amazed they came out clean, this stuff gets contaminated so easily.
