Wavy Cap ID request + Mystery Fungus

Hi boys and girls. Just hoping I could get an ID on these I found on my local park. I know they're probably not cyans - something doesn't look quite right. But there are hundreds of them so it's worth a try...
Found on a park in England. The main clump was growing on an old tree stump/roots (which gives a slight possibility that they might be cyans), but there were loads more scattered around growing directly out of the grass - above the roots of other surrounding trees.

I've never tried hunting cyans before so don't laugh if I'm way off here. They look pretty cool whatever they are, and got a nice camouflage going on with the surrounding leaves. I probably would have walked right past them and not noticed if I had stuck to the path.
I also want to know what this is...

I first noticed it growing last year in the same area. I'm not even sure if it is a mushroom, but seems to come out at the same time of year. It grows directly on tarmac/concrete and runs across the corner of the walls and houses on my street. It was about 30 - 40 meters last year.
Hope you can help.
Thanks

They're honey mushrooms (Armillaria). No idea what the other stuff is.

Did your mystery fungus appear to be half decomposed? It looks that way to me, but you said it got much bigger the year before

Armillaria mellea. You could post the green thing here and let us know what you find out.

Thanks for the ID and suggestions.
It always looks decomposed. Reminds me of something you'd find in the sea. It kept on spreading last year until some officials came and removed it, but looks like they didn't do a very good job. Hope it's not some alien fungus come to take over the world.
I will try that website later. Going out now.
Cheers

Cool, I'm going to go and have a look at them tonight. There are street lights nearby though so I probably won't be able to tell if they are glowing or not.

OK I've posted a request on Wild About Britain, but in the meantime I thought I might as well bump this thread to see if anyone else has any ideas.

There you go, Nostoc commune. Gotta love that site.
Good luck on the bioluminescence. They often disappoint. They are edible, and fairly prized in Eastern Europe, but good luck with that as well.
