Yup.
My friend that got me a ticket for tomorrow's game just told me she's gonna be able to take me on the court during warm ups to meet n greet all the Heat players.
I'm all sorts of excited to talk to Wade for a couple minutes. Gonna be a great Christmas for me.

Thanks brother. I'll try to get some pictures to post here. I'm not sure if I'll be allowed to take any while on the court, but I'll get some good ones once the game starts.
I'm wondering if the fans here are gonna cheer or boo LeBron when he's introduced. I heard rumors that they made a pre game montage video for him. I really hope that's not true.

That was quite the experience this evening sitting pretty much courtside. The game itself was decent, but the crowd wasn't really into it except for the last 5 minutes or so o the 4th quarter.
Maybe it's because I'm used to being surrounded by a bunch of true fans that are drunk throughout the game yelling shit. It was so weird sitting next to a bunch of old, quiet dudes wearing suits with their hot, young girlfriends while having a personal waitress for my section getting me drinks and food.
The best part was being able to hear the player's conversations with each other throughout the game. Wade and Birdman both curse up a damn storm while on the court. LBJ is just loud an obnoxious lol.
As far as the actual gameplay went, don't know if you guys watched it, but I was pretty surprised the Heat won with Bosh out. That Cavs defense was just so bad. It looked like Wade had so much space around him every time he got the ball.
LeBron playing shitty by his standards offensively also had a huge impact on the outcome of the game.

Living the dream.
Dion Waiters is a douche. Im happy the Heat pulled it together at the end. Wade made a few major mistakes down the stretch good thing Deng was there to carry the load, but all and all i bet Lebron is pissed he left Miami.
Cleveland aint winning 7 games against anyone. They looked like little boys playing grown ass men. You could even see it in LeBron’s interactions with his old teammates.

Yea. I was having the same conversation with the chick that gave me the ticket after the game.
I truly believe now that if LBJ would've stayed down here we could have had a super easy road to a 5th straight final.
LBJ done fucked up by getting antsy and going back home thinking it would be a guaranteed title run. The way they played today they'd be lucky to get out alive of the first round of the playoffs.

Aint that the truth. The Wizards are coming up, so is Toronto. I’ve never bought into the bulls so i don’t know why i’ld start now, but I still think Miami has a good shot of finding itself in the ECF’s. Cleveland wouldn’t be a playoff team in the west, thats really the only way to put it.
I don’t see how the east has any shot this year. Parity between East and West is getting completely out of control now.
It seems to me like OKC is hell bent on a Title run and no one is stopping that gravy train. Maybe memphis with its bigs. Popovich is a mastermind so you can never count out the spurs, but i just don’t see anyone else that has players that can match the talent level OKC has.OKC is missing Durrant and they are rolling everyone. Just wait till the MVP gets back and shows why he’s the best offensive player in the NBA. I feel like such a jackass for ever doubting Westbrook, Dude is a bonafide star and has the work ethic of a champion.
If you can’t tell i’ve got a total Bro-ner for OKC right now
Oh and I’m counting GS as good as eliminated. Before you call me crazy, hear me out. They are so reliant on a jump shooting (beyond crazy 3’s at that) and have no inside game. That has never been a formula for success, the first thing to dry up in the playoffs are long range jumpers, eventually the law of averages has to kick in. Steph is getting pretty decent at driving the ball but that is far from his strength. I don’t know if you can count on Bogut and Lee to be healthy. If I were the Warriors GM, i would try and trade for some more consistent bigs.

Enjoyed watching the Hawks beat the Cavs tonight. LeBirthday was resting his 30 year old knee and Love was having back spasms.
Well, the Hawks are good enough to get my hopes up. Goddamnit.
We're playing the Jazz in SLC on New Year's Day, Elax. I Iove Millsap.

Dope ill make sure to tune in. Millsap is still beloved here, he is still like the 2nd most common jersey you see. I bet he gets a Standing Ovation.
Every now and then G-Money, earns his ridiculous nickname. Tonight was one of those nights. Shabazz Muhhammed had a career night put up 30 points, just doing anything he wants. Hayward gets put on him in crunch time, 2 steals, 5 points later jazz win the game
It would be fucking ridiculous to be a giant black guy named Shabazz, tearing it up in fucking Utah of all places, then have some white Macklemore looking fucker, just totally embarrass you like that. I actually feel for the dude.

Don’t know why you guys hate him so much. He always seems to play pretty good on good teams.

Yea. I've been keeping an eye on them.
They're looking like the best team in the East right now. If they can keep this level of play up into the playoffs, I don't see any other teams that could beat them in a best out of 7.
My lowly Heat are playing the Blazers tonight. Anyone wanna make a bet of how much Miami is gonna lose by?

Not much. The blazers come from behind in nearly every game they play. They are like .800 when trailing at the end of 3. I will say they beat Miami by less than 10.

It seems to me that the Blazers fly under the radar every year they have a good team. Last year being a prime example. Didn't they finish with the 2nd or 3rd best record in the NBA?
I for some reason always liked the Blazers (maybe subconsciously thinking about blazing buds) but I'm sensing at least a double digit loss for Miami.

They started with one of the best records last year but fell a bit as the season progressed. So far my prediction is looking strong

I just got a chance to sit down and about to start watching.
Are either Bosh or Wade sitting out tonight?

Both playing! Well, I might add. And Whiteside is such an exciting player. I just missed out on him in my fantasy team as a free agent pick up by bidding a few dollars too low a couple of days ago. We have a pretty deep league (15 teams and 14 players each) and we get to keep players for next season so he would have been a nice add...

Oh man, I wish I would've known about your league before the season started. I tried getting a shroomery one started, but no one besides elax joined.
Keep me in mind for next season if you and your friends don't mind me joining.
I like to be in at least 2 leagues every season but this year I got stuck in 1 with just 5 other people.

We're a pretty tight knit bunch that grew up playing ball together and we do an offline auction draft and stuff so if you're in Amsterdam at the start of next season I'll vouch for you for sure
