Scotty Brooks got fired. Well that was bound to happen, thought they would have given him one more year though.
Going to wild to see how this next year pans out for them

2-0
But the Hawks are really having to earn it. I'm a little nervous about the road games.

Nice to be able to watch ball again finally. 4 days was too long. Anyone watching the Clips play like garbage tonight?
It doesn't really look like they are being outplayed, just really outcoached. Always gotta give props to Pop for his work. Ball movement and rotation by the Spurs is clean as fuck this evening.

My opinion might be a bit obtuse considering I'm just catching up on all the highlights but if the Hawks are having trouble right now I don't think it's much to worry about.
Maybe as a young team they are just nervous out of the gates going into the playoffs. From what I saw during the regular season ATL should be able to slide through to the ECF's. I am really starting to doubt their chances against the Cavs if that is the match up, though.
Regardless, go Hawks! I'm rooting for 'em to make the Finals.

Holy shit man that Warriors game was just silly last night. Down 20 in the 4th and they come back, and of course who hits the last second 3 to tie the game but Curry?

I stopped watching but felt deep down gs was going to make a run, good on them, getting beat by no would set a bad precedent for them.
Clips and Spurs tonight, going to be a tough one.

Ya they did how you gonna give one of the best 3 shooters in the league 2 attempts to tie the game. First shot was so ugly. Second shot right on the money. I mean you gotta double Steph. No way anyone else on that team comes up that big, and its obvious where GS wants to go.
That shot was pretty sweet though. Almost like Ray Allen’s corner 3 in the finals a few years ago. You gotta wonder what NOLA was thinking.

Right? It's one thing to let them get the rebound but to let them pass to Steph for another attempt is just inexcusable. He basically got tackled by 2 people as he made it though, coulda easily been given the foul shot for the win.

I dont know thats where i dont like basketball. If you get the shot off clean you can’t call a foul. Especially in the last seconds of a playoff game. I mean it would be okay if they called offensive fouls in the last seconds of a game, but that will never happen so it shouldn’t happen the other way IMO. I dont know what to make of this series. Golden State has looked pretty goddamn careless at times, but they keep pulling out the W’s so
In other news. Drake rooting for your team is like a kiss of death.
WetheNorth bout to get swept
Watch out GS, we all know he’s coming for you next. Steph curry wit da shot boiii

The Bulls are making quick work of the Milwaukee series, Derek Rose is playing at superstar levels, and Jimmy Butler has been a star. No one in town is expecting much when they play Cleveland.
Bulls Coach Tom Tibodeau is 99.99% fired by his and everyone else's estimation. He will get another head coaching job but his new bosses will demand some control over the minutes that key player are on the court. When it comes to X's and O's and coaching defense he might be right under Popovitch, but with the current investment in player salaries, working them to death is no longer in vogue.

Reminds me of Shanahan and RG3.
Thibodeau's philosophy is to use everything you got and keep the pedal to the metal. In the regular season in the NBA you might have to temper that philosophy because there's 83 fucking games and then the playoffs last forever. But once you make the playoffs you have to play with full intensity. If playing Rose 48 minutes helps them win then that's what he needs to fucking do. Pops has the perfect balance, he's a genius, and all that but Rose is no Duncan. It's great to be able to let off the steam and then crank it up in crunch time but even Pops needs the right guys to do it with. Brooks and Thibodeau shouldn't be blamed for injuries.

The Hawks played lazy and nothing fell. The Hawks just didn't get a fucking bounce. But... ball don't lie.
We gotta play harder, like for example Milsap needs to slam in the paint, fuck these fucking goddamn fucking goddamn layups I want to see it slammed in with a fucking goddamn fucking foul.
We gotta hit those boards with intensity. Fuck. The Hawks were playing like that was some bullshit no meaning regular season game.
Wake the fuck up Atlanta. We could fucking very realistically lose this series and I can hardly express how disgusted I would be.
Fuck this shit. That game was garbage. The fucking Hawks decided to suck a fucking dick instead of winning game three. FUCK

I'm the only true, motherfucking (literally) Heat fan around these parts.
I wish I had more to contribute to this thread right now considering it's the playoffs but the only time I've had since last Sunday to watch any TV was the GS game where Steph went off in the 4th quarter.
I been watching highlights when I get back to the hotel room here and whatnot but highlights don't do games justice.
