To the playoffs? You asking me about the fucking playoffs?! lol

Yea, most likely they'll squeeze out another 2 or 3 wins and sneak back into that 8th or 7th seed spot.
They played a damn good game last night but it looks like they're gonna get sweeped in the first round by either ATL or Cleveland. Not looking so hot for the Heat.

Well you know Lebron is going to finals. Thats the beauty of playing in the east, there are like 2-3 teams tops. First round is a joke, Second round pretty much the same thing, then the ECF is normally pretty good.

Millsap is hurt, and they are a shooting team. No way they beat Cleveland in 7. LBJ is still the best player in the game, gotta beat the king before you can claim his throne.
Oh and the spurs are money right when they always are. I hope New Orleans beats GS in the first round, to punish the fuck out of them for trying to choose their opponent.

One final note,
All this Steph for MVP talk is ludicrous IMO.

So if you were a team that barely made the playoffs you would rather play a hot Cleveland team, over a hurting ATL?

http://m.wsbtv.com/news/news/local/two-atlanta-hawks-players-arrested-after-nba-playe/nkprP/

Two Atlanta Hawks players were arrested for allegedly preventing police from setting up a crime scene after a stabbing in New York City.

According to ABC 7, the incident began when Indiana Pacers forward Chris Copeland was stabbed in the abdomen after an argument broke out at 1 OAK club early Wednesday morning. Copeland’s wife was also slashed in the attack.

When police arrived, Hawks players Thabo Sefolosha and Pero Antic were accused of refusing to move for officers as they were attempting to set up a crime scene, according to ABC7.

Copeland and his wife were transported to a local hospital. Both were listed in stable condition.

Police arrested Sharoy Blery Murdock and a knife was found at the scene.

Sefolosha and Antic were charged with obstructing governmental administration, according to ABC 7.

The Hawks released a statement to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution:

“We are aware of the situation involving Pero Antic and Thabo Sefolosha this morning,” Hawks Vice President of Public Relations Garin Narain said. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have further comment at the appropriate time.”

Now they're saying Sefolosha broke his leg in the arrest.

Blazers were murking on GS at half. Hope they held on.

I never believed in GS’s hype and now they are getting exposed.

Cleveland has been very solid after the all star break. I wouldn't want to play them either.
San Antonio is peaking at the right moment as well. As expected.

I wouldn't be surprised if we had another LeBron vs. San Antonio final.

Golden State is a bullshit team thats fanbase has grown from nothing to enormous over the last 3-4 years. The bandwagon is strong right now.
Houston is another bullshit team. Hardin/Steph MVP is a fucking joke and never would have even been a discussion if KD were healthy. I get how you could see KD>LBJ you are lying if you think Steph is anywhere close to that. Hardin is one of the worst defensive players in the NBA, that should close the case on any potential “MVP” candidacy.

Its cool though the Spurs still run shit, and are the best team in the west right now. I kinda like the blazers, so i would like to see them get to the 2nd round. Injuries decimate any real shot they have.

I've been watching Steph play for a long time now.
I still remember watching him during his years at Davidson thinking that the kid would be nothing but a great perimeter shooter one day in the NBA. How wrong I was...

I've seen some flashes of greatness from him as an overall player a few times last season and pretty often this season. Truly some incredible shit he's done on the court and I believe he'll continue to grow for at least a few years.

So right now, yea, he's a fucking beastly player with his skill set. Is he the best player in the NBA, though?
Fuck no. If you go by the guidelines as to what an MVP should do in order to win that award then LBJ should and pretty much has won it every year he's been in the league. A team with LBJ is a team with Championship hopes and you can't really say that for any other player with the exception of maybe, just maybe, KD.

First of all, spell the mans name right. HARDEN. Second, why you bandwagoning Portland so hard?? Are you from there? Everything you've said is invalid since you've admitted to bandwagoning you bandwagoner. How can you say the top two teams in the west are bullshit just bc of their fanbase? Kill yourself

First, Im a jazz fan dude, I was cheering for Portland because Golden State is fucking gay first of all, but also Lillard is Utah guy so i always kinda pull for him. I have always hated that team, and every single other team from Oakland.
2nd fuck GS and HOU because they play a bullshit style of basketball.Don’t even act like your a Warriors fan. Laker/clipper fans fell off the map this year, and W’s are popping up everywhere :burke:

Live by the 3 die by the 3.

Plus weren’t you supposed to be from ATL and big hawk fan and shit...

Exactly my point.
Its just stupid to be talking about Harden and Steph like they are even close to that level. Golden State is still an upstart team, so until they actually show that they belong in the playoffs, they should shut the fuck up about all this MVP nonsense.

This is comical. GS is playing the best basketball there is to see this season. Haters are going to hate. They come 2nd in team offensive rating, 1st in team defensive rating, 1st in pace, 1st in team fg%... And they are getting there by playing smart and fast basketball. What's not to like?
