Mushroom ID Request

This is my first post, I did read the "how to" so I hope I got this right! I am new so be kind please! Found near Tacoma Washington
Habitat: I have 2 attached pictures which show the area I found the mushrooms in, they were growing next to a gravel walkway with salal and what looks like rhododendron (but is not, I looked but could not find what it was, sorry) also fir and pine growing above them. under the gravel and bordering the brush where the mushrooms were found is old garden bark/woodchips from a few years ago
Gills: appear to not be attached, white/gray gills, stain blue/purple when handled
Stem: the more mature sample found was around 2.5 in long, 3/8 to 1/2in ((diameter, smaller sample about half that) at base narrowing to half diameter at cap, base of stem (approximately underground portion) is yellow (as well as last 1/2-1/8" toward cap), above ground portion overall black/dark dark blue. underground (still yellow) portion of stem starts turning blue immediately upon cutting, continues till it is a black/dark dark blue color, hollow thicker stem with fibrous strings inside. any yellow, or non blackened parts when handled turning blue until black
Cap: Larger sample found is roughly 1" ((diameter), smaller sample about half that) brown/black/blue along rim, midway up is a more brown color, the nipple at the top is darker brown/black/blue, slightly slimy, conical, (has a shine or sheen to it (slightly reflective))
Spore print color: spore print is white
Bruising: stem, and gills start bruising blue immediately upon handling/cutting continue bluing until very dark dark blue/black (I would say it is black)

Yeah that was an awesome ID request. You are, nevertheless, a badass for getting it without pics.
