Surprising find this afternoon

Habitat:
Growing directly in the grass of a lawn in close clusters of 3-6 mushrooms with some growing alone.

Gills:
White gills, free/adnate

Stem:
2-3 inches long, stem is definitely hollow, stem has vertical lines running up it

Cap:
Cap is about 1-2 inches across, has grayish/brown cap color, texture is smooth, Cap has a slight nipple on the middle

Spore print color:
Don't have spore print yet, but will repost when I do.

Bruising:
No noticeable bruising yet.

Other information:
Standard mushroom scent, nothing unusual.

Those look like they are probably an Entoloma species, running out the door and that is the first thing that popped into my mind.
Definitely NOT an active species if that was what you were hoping.

They look like Entoloma sericeum or something close to it, it shouldn't be a surprise as they are a really common mushroom.

Lepista tarda also seems reasonable. Hopefully we get an update on the spore color.

That's what it is, although as far as I know the accepted name is Clitocybe tarda.
