Those look really healthy to me.

IMO it looks like you have good FAE.  Your stipes are nice and thick as well as the caps.

As far as humidity goes, it sounds like you described a SGFC.  So if built to tek, humidity isn't an issue regardless.  You don't have an excessive amount of mycelium creeping up your stipes so I wouldn't worry.

Finally (I'll save what I know least about for last) Your yield can be increased with better conditions.. but since your fruits look healthy, I'd say genetics are probably playing a bigger role there.  MS syringes are a gamble every time.  I've had two completely different looking GTs come out of the same MS syringe before.

Sarah I noticed that your fruiting chamber sits on a stool in your bedroom. Assuming this is a shot gun fruiting chamber, a stool might not be the best location. This is because the SGFC needs to be elevated so that air can come in through the bottom holes. If the sgfc is on a stool then the stool will effectively be closing off a large amount of holes on the bottom of the sgfc.

Based on your recent pics it looks like they could use some more moisture to my eyes.

Mist until they glisten with a light dew. Wait until the no longer glisten. Then repeat.

This is the key to good PF cake upkeep in an SGFC

:goodluck:

The veil definitely already broke, you should probably harvest both of the two tallest ones now.  It looks as though you have a good flush coming up from the bottom of the cake :dawerp:

Sometimes I wish I could get the same sense of excitement... but I'm always satisfied with a full canopy now .  It's like how I used to buy a $10 sack and love to get baked once a week, now I look forward to roasting my breakfast, lunch, and dinner bowl.

Aagh oh dang it I was hoping that wouldn't happen! I really wanted to try one before the veil brakes. Lol oh well next time...

It looks like you have a few coming up that you can catch before they break .  But in all honesty, before the veil/right after the veil breaks has little difference.  Once you let them get big, nasty, and sporulated is when you can notice the difference.
