As long as the pressure has equalized you're fine.

Don't pull the weight off. Let it decompress on its own. Rapid decompression can cause jars to cracking. Just take a and let that thing cool and decompress on its own

Never put a PC in the freezer to speed up cooling.
Never pull the weight off to release pressure.
It's always best to wait until cool, but if you must remove the jars while hot, it's best to place them in front of a flowhood while they cool. You should also have the PC sitting in the sterile air flow when you open it up. RR

Shit, I totally put that basterd in the freezer, I did 4 pc runs in a Saturday, next time I won't bite off more than I can chew. I put the jars in the fridge till I could inoculate later and after I did that I thought about that and I realize they would of been better just left in a low air flow area staying at a constant temp with there surroundings, well now I got 28 jars prepared with little to no disregard for sterile technique, inoculated with sclerotia, I'm excited to see how it goes. On a side note I do plan on a implementing a more sound sterile technique, cataloging, taking pictures, and posting for the community, I appreciate everyones impute, hopefully ill be posting some harvest pictures in the future,

I like to open it up when the guage reaches zero on its own (of course), but the jars are still hot. So the moisture steams off from the lids and or filters. If its grain I check and tighten the rings right off, then shake em ASAP and stage them in a clean, draft free area to cool for inoculation.

What's the reason for shaking asap? Getting all the moisture spread?
