Boletus mirabilis?

Habitat: ground near rotting Hemlock
Pores: yellow, not staining
Stem: only reticulate at very top, yellow turning cinnamon turning winish red stripy'ish
Spore Print Color: N/A
Bruising: none to speak of, just some darkening of cut flesh

hehehehe completely pristine from what i can tell.

i found a patch of them that had just been harvested a few days prior with some monsters.  but days later i found more more more!

suggestions on cooking and preserving?  favorite recipes?

First cook a bit up dry sautee style just to taste them.

I have never had enough personally to experiment with them. Bummer.

They look amazing.
