Im just gonna say the sensible thing
1. Don't Smoke 2. Flush Your System (There are a variety of techniques) 3. Meet with your P.O, explain to them that your getting sober
Simple as that

You can't explain to a PO that you are "getting sober" 22 months into probation. It just doesn't work like that du.

sVs said: I don't really need to know anymore. I guarantee you that other people have been through worse, and don't require the mental gymnastics you go through to justify your actions to yourself. That's why you're weak.
Thinking about what's wrong with you isn't going to help you, nor is continuing down the path you're choosing to disguise whatever issues you are dealing with. You already probably know what your problems are and either don't want to acknowledge them as problems, or you are unwilling to confront your problems for some reason. Regardless, no amount of marijuana is going to bring you lifelong satisfaction or enable you to truly gain some mental clarity.
You aren't medicating yourself at all, you're masking. That's not going to fix anything, and you can't be certain that option isn't going to end up with you in jail or be subject to diminishing returns in effectiveness. If you do end up in prison over something this juvenile, what happens then? Do you have the cognition to even look that far ahead? Because if you think it sucks now...
Last post you said I was too weak to address my own problems, now you're saying that trying to analyze my problems isn't going to help me, hmmm...
I've actually only stumbled upon very few little things that have something to do with why I use, some I've came across while self analyzing and some while being analyzed. Now maybe I am hiding something from myself for some unknown reason, actually I can almost guarantee I am, but my mind is doing a good job at keeping whatever it is away from my conscious mind.
And once I get off probation I can guarantee I will never go to jail because of marijuana, its decriminalized where I'm at in small amounts and I never have over an ounce on me.
And medicating, masking, whatever the fuck you wanna call it, it works.

so i'm just gonna get right to it, while i've never been in trouble with the law, i've been through a lot of shit over the past 20 years, including addiction and serious psychological and physiological illness. i used to use drugs of all kinds to cope with how shitty my life was. fifteen years i spent on introspection, DAILY--there is nothing that anyone can tell me about myself that i'm not already painfully aware of but i was still running away from my real problems by only choosing to analyze them. i realized that my problem wasn't how shitty my life was, it was how i was choosing to feel about how shitty my life was and what i was doing to change it. actions speak far louder than words. i got clean with hard work and a real determination to improve my situation and to improve myself. i won't give you my life story, but i can assure you that i was at rock bottom after decades of bullshit and very close to just ending it. it didn't take some profound trip or whatever the fuck experience some will mention to you that made them turn their lives around. all it took was me objectively looking at my life and thinking, "fuck. what am i doing with myself?" along with the ultimate realization that NOTHING will change if you don't mindfully make an effort to initiate change. you can sit there and blame your brain chemistry and resign yourself to your shitty life, or you can DO something about it.
and the fact is, you ARE making excuses, blaming brain chemistry, etc., your "brain chemistry" is fucked because you don't have a baseline, because you use drugs to cope with your shitty life. you are responsible for your own happiness and your own success. a lot of it is luck, but a lot of it is also making smart decisions about what is best for you, and i can guarantee you that it is not marijuana or any other substance you can put in your system to "feel normal." i'm severely bi-polar, have crazy panic/anxiety, i'm an insomniac to the point that would drive most people completely insane, not to mention a slew of chronic pain and autoimmune disorders. but that isn't what defines me, i'm not a slave to these things, nor should i be. i've chosen to put everything i can in to life, to experience all the great things it has to offer, and i'm kicking fucking ass. i still suffer from everything i've been dealing with for most of my life, but my OUTLOOK has changed, and that's made all the difference.
get your act together, yo. move out, get a real job, contribute to society in a positive way. discover what you're passionate about and dive head first in to it. you don't need marijuana, you only need yourself, and the absolute clarity that comes with sobriety is fucking incredible (which is the best option for you considering your track record with law enforcement). i'm sorry to go off on you, but you sound exactly like i used to, and i'm just trying to get across to you that you can change it if you put in the effort, but you have to actually put in the effort. sVs is right in every way. change your attitude about your situation and your whole world will change with it. there is a lot to be said for a little positive thinking.
again, i really don't mean to lecture, but i say this out of concern. it's obvious that you are lost in your life but unwilling to do what it takes to find you way. i was there once, and it's a terrible place to be, but you have the ability to make it infinitely better if you so choose.
TL;DR.
get your shit together, son.

Great reply... until you said sVs is right in every way, because he's not, some of what he said is true, but he's not completely right.
And I've had a lot of sober time, my mind is not clear during that time, in fact it is the opposite of that.
I am not unwilling to do anything, I'm willing to do almost anything to better my life, literally I do stuff to better my life every day, whether it be something little or big.
Yeah I slipped up and started smoking weed again because I like it, so fucking what, I'm going to deal with it and face my consequences, I just wanted to know what was the best way to go about doing this.
Also I do technically still live with my parents, but I am here like twice a week., and I do have a job, I work with my father remodeling kitchen&baths as well as other things, I just don't work all the time, I still make more money than I would at a minimum wage job. I've tried to get normal jobs, but this charge has costed me many of employment oppurtunities, not to mention that I'm just weird as fuck and interviewers pick up on my weird vibes.
And no I do not now exactly where I'm headed in life, but that's what next summer is for, I'm leaving and walking around the country and I'm gonna try and find myself(sounds cliché, but whatevs). I've only been out of school for 2 years, I'm still figuring my life out.
You guys really do have the wrong impression of me, you guys think I'm some low life piece of shit drug addict, which really I'm not. I use drugs and I've battled addiction a little, now I use drugs like once a week and its usually not even anything too bad.

c'mon, we're not playing semantics here, bro. sVs is right in a lot of what he said, even the stuff that is hurtful. the only reason it is hurtful is because it's true.
i don't think you're a low-life piece of shit drug addict. i think you're a kid with some problems that need to be worked out. try the sober thing again, but before you do it, tell yourself that it is going to be a great experience, and i bet you it will. get out there and do things! be the best person you can possibly be just for the fuck of it. it's not for anyone by you anyway.
my main point was that you have to be willing to do ANYTHING to turn your life around for the better. me, i went so far as to go under the knife to correct something that had been the bane of my existence for a goddamn long time, this just 2 months after moving out of my parents for the first time and having just finished my first semester ever at the local CC. i started exercising (i walk a lot because i don't drive) and i work really hard at my studies. i'm still depressed, but my future looks brighter than it ever has in a long time.
it took some SUPERMAJORHUGE changes (and i'm not over exaggerating here) to both physiological and psychological aspects of myself in a really short period of time to set this ball in motion--it was a total domino effect type deal. i could have sat in my room at my parent's and thought about all these wonderful things i could do that would make my life so much better OR i could go out and actually do them. i chose the latter, and it was the right fucking choice. i've got shortcoming and weaknesses, but that's okay, because i control my life. and it's fucking awesome.

I will agree with you there, I do have some problems that need to be be worked out, but honestly I'm trying, just not as hard as I should be I guess.
Thanks for the advice, seriously.
I try to take in as much as I can from respected members of the community such as yourself.
EDIT: I have done stuff with my life before I just always seem to wind up back where I'm at some how.
I moved out twice, the first time that I came back was my fault, the second time wasn't, my two roommates turned into heroin addicts and robbed my (best)friend at our house.
I bought 3 cars, each one crapped out less than a month after I bought it, sometimes it's hard to catch a break.
The best opportunity I had to better myself I sabotaged, and I knew I was doing it from the beginning and I didn't stop myself, I went to college for a semester and got like almost $5000(after books and shit) at the beginning, so I was like fuck yeah. All that was gone in a week or two and I was back at square one, then I quit school, I really wish that didn't play out how I did but this one was all my fault.

I've been on probation for 22 months and got two months left. During them 22 months I've violated like 8+ times, mainly for +THC urinalysis/ admitting to using marijuana.
My last po said if I fail one more time I'm going to jail, and I've been smoking weed so I'll be dirty for THC.

I'm gonna try, but I think it's pretty much inevitable that I'm going to jail, I just need to save up some commissary money and go see him on the 18th and hope for the best.

do or do not. there is no try.
if you go to jail, then so be it, but when you get out there are going to have to be some serious fucking changes made in your life. don't get discouraged if it doesn't all work out as you imagined when you start something, see it through to the end regardless; it's quite possible you'll be surprised how well things can work out when you mindfully do something to better yourself, even if it isn't in the way you first imagined.
