Help with Identification, multiple species
    #18942389 - 10/06/13 09:17 PM (10 years, 3 months ago)

Hey guys, new here just wanting to have some fun with shrooms soon, so I went out hunting with only knowledge of Liberty Caps, found a bunch of species and was wondering if any of them were magic.

I'm coming here because I am not an idiot and I don't want to kill myself eating these without 100% confirmation,

I am in Washington State near Seattle.

I found these mushrooms along side paths were it was grassy, damp, and shaded, mainly in pastures, and one on dung.

Here are some pics, I will tell you info about each one above it. Any help is appreciated. I am a noob and don't want to kill myself.

(Found this one along side a darker path growing on the sides in damp dark grass)

(Found these on a path of a woodsy trail, not in grass.)

(Same ones, pinched the bottom of the stem and it changed color, you can see it right next to my Ring Finger.)

(Random in the woods on trails, clearly not in grass)

(Found in a pasture with dung present)

(Found this in a grassy section of woods)

(Grassy section of woods)

(And one that I had the highest hopes for, I found in a pasture growing on dung. You can see near the bottom of the stem I pinched it and it turned purple, along with the middle I snapped it and it changed colors)

(Same mushroom)

(About an hour later)

(And finally, this weird thing I found I hit it with my foot lightly and it sprayed out yellow gas. I don't know what it is, it's not magic im pretty sure, was just an odd find.)

Thanks for all the help in advance.

And also this yellow one, I also found many that were much more yellow than this, in a pasture. The stems were 1/2 and 1/2 white and yellow seeping through, which was slightly sticky.
