Psilocybe cyanescens doesn't grown in NC.
Research these on the web. To actually read and study the details of where and when certain species grow will help a lot. That's the best way to get the upper hand on them.
North Carolina Gymnopilus aeruginosus Gymnopilus junonius Gymnopilus luteofolius Panaeolus cinctulus Psilocybe cubensis Psilocybe caerulipes Psilocybe plutonia

Are you asking if your collection could be P. caerulipes? Because it could not be any member of the genus Psilocybe. If you are asking if they could be found in your area or in the woods then yes they can, although I don't know how common they are there.

Check for purple-brown gills, and vivid blue bruising. You should post ID requests, with all the information and spore print everything.

randyt20, didn't we already go through all of this with you here: http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/18927951/fpart/1/vc/1 ?
Nothing's changed in the last 48 to 72 hours. Wanting to find an active doesn't increase your chances of finding one, and neither does posting ID requests in the wrong format that you should know better than to do by now. Researching the species in your area, their habitats and seasons WILL increase your chances. If you only have your phone and you don't have a computer, borrow one or go to a library. A bunch of people on this forum, including myself, have already pointed you toward the resources you need to "know if my find is psilocybe next t[im]e I hunt," or at least have a pretty good idea...
You should still check in with Trusted Identifiers before you eat anything, but before you skitter off to go hunt, go through the responses in your ID request in the link above and in this thread, read the information that's been passed along or linked to within them, and you'll have a lot better chance of not wasting any more of your time or ours. There's centuries of cumulative knowledge on the subject available here, but you might end up frustrating decades of those centuries if you keep on going the way you are...
If you're not in the southeastern part of NC, chances are you won't find many cubes, and if you are, you're still better off heading farther south. If you're really desperate to find some actives, take a trip to central FL cow pastures. When I lived out that way, even if I couldn't find the 'shrooms myself, I could meet decent people with gallons of tea to share
Don't be afraid to ask around, because asking about something illegal isn't against the law. Also, you might want to do a web search of mycological societies in your area, and go on some forays without being too obvious that what you're really interested in is actives. If you get to learn the lingo, it's a lot easier to go up to farm-houses, present yourself as a student of mycology and gain permission to hunt their pastures without getting shot with rock-salt or trampled by a bull. I ended up doing that at maybe 20 farmhouses in FL and the owners of 5 properties cut me off mid sentence, went to their fridge, and brought back a grocery bag full of cubes, and said I could come back every day around noon, bring ten bucks, and walk away with whatever they found that morning.

Chlorophyllum species. Might be edible, might be poisonous. It is hard to tell from your video.
Are the gills of the largest one showing a green tint? Chlorophyllum molybdites would be your mushroom if so.
Take a spore print if you want to know more.

Dude, honestly, do you want to find some actives?
Then do some bloody research! We love to help, but photographing random shrooms hopig they're active is about 99.99% likely to be a failure.
Research what grows in your area. Research what habitats they like: woodchips, lawn, manure... Research what they look like and look at pictures people are posting in this forum.
THEN you might find some actives.
