What am I seeing?

So sometimes at night or in dark settings I will have these weird hallucinations or something around lights. For example, my LED light on my phone (if looked at the right angle) will have a circular rainbow around it, with tiny slivers of light like this glowing from the center. But it's not colored, more of a plain white crystalline light. I think I have seen this pretty much my whole life, but I am wondering if anybody else sees it. I see it while driving at night too, which can get annoying.
Also, I have had eye floaters for as long as I can remember too. Usually when I'm stoned they get more consistent, maybe it has something to do with eye drops?
Maybe I have some sort of eye disorder, maybe it's from tripping too much, or maybe it's just something that happens to some people. Or maybe everyone has it? I just haven't really talked about this with anyone, so I don't know what it is!
Hopefully my eyes aren't broken.

I have an astigmatism, and you just described my vision, but mine is very blurry also. After a few close together trips, things seem to have VERY faint rainbow patterns on them, and seem to swim if I stare. Ever since I was seventeen, when I look at the sky for a few seconds, it appears to have a faint kaleidoscope in it, and turns the sky slightly pink. White rooms can appear to be pink or yellow also.

I've had it on shrooms once, there was a guy on his bicycle driving in my direction at night, he had his light on and it looked like a sun with flares coming out of the center radiating circular and some even going back in an arc.
i have a light to mild hppd and i can see it too, sometimes more, sometimes less.
maybe its the normal scattering of light and the different mixtures of colors per radiant that are more visible for people with constantly enhanced senses

I wish I could get kaleidoscopic hallucinations, but I have different things that happen with my vision :P I have some control over some sleight sober-hallucinations, especially in the night. And I remember a good 6 or so years ago I used to do it. Even before I have done psychs.
I don't know what it is, but I'm not too worried. As long as I don't get delusions! Hallucination isn't too big of a deal for me. Especially just small ones.
Also, I have diagnosed myself as A Highly Sensitive Person. I pretty much fit all the symptoms, it explains my life XD
"The attributes of HSPs can be remembered as DOES: Depth of processing. Over aroused (easily compared to others) Emotional reactivity and high empathy[25] Sensitivity to subtle stimuli."
Not just this, there's more, but this may be relevant to this current post.

I seem to experience the bright light phenomenon, especially when I'm tripping. When I come down from a trip and I'm not getting anymore visuals, the only thing that remains is the shining beams from sources of light, and sometimes those strange circular and hexagonal shapes. I just thought this was a natural phenomenon, but who knows!
I get a lot of the eye floaters too, I think this is normal among most people. I've heard that older people have more of them, so they probably just increase with time.
