Homo sapiens. That is all that we are. Seeing difference in red or blue, white or black, seems unsettling to me. We manifest these differences. It's fueling conflict and harming your fellow brother.

That's my .02

It doesn't matter if they are democrats or republicans.  Who is 'right' is the party or group that applies rule of law AND the constitution of the United States.  period.

Rocks speak to me, and tell me this:
The Hell Creek formation is a gigantic slab of rocks that covers several western states. It contains an account of the dinosaurs' demise.  In the late Cretaceous period, the first Cannabis species appear, and soon after, all the non-bird dinosaurs disappeared. Obviously, marihuana killed the dinosaurs. That giant meteor that smacked the yucatan peninsula right afterwards, coincidence.

Okay here goes. NEITHER! Both have extreme ideas and neither can work together to find a middle ground. The vast majority of politics in general represent there lobbyists not the great people of our nation. What we need is to do away entirely with blue/red, democrat/republican. I vote AMERICAN all the way! Give me someone who has good ideas, rational thoughts, and a fool proof plan to implement them!

Well that's just dandy to know.  Are you saying all Native Americans are doing just fine?  Some might beg to differ. And my point was that they lost the war for their lands and most were moved to reservations.  Personally I wouldn't call that doing just fine.  And I wasn't asking btw.

They were after each other for centuries and then the Westerners themselves.  It is racist to refer to the Western population as the Bogey man and give the natives a pass on their hideous behavior.  They were no better.  I refer to you as a racist when you make racist statements.  Racism is not allowed.  Did you know that Timmeh will ban you just for using the word Negro?  True story.

The Mexicans were also fighting the Indians.  I really don't see how you can call racism when I didn't ever state that it was the white people or the brown people or the black people but rather stated it was the people they were actually fighting against.  You're just determined to call me a racist  and you don't seem to need a shred of evidence.

The Mexicans you refer to were Spaniards, white Westerners.  What few Negroes might have been involved in the army were not in charge of anything.  You are just screwing yourself into the ground to deny you were racist.  Keep spinning.  I have all the evidence I need.  Unless you meant to say that it was shitty golfers who fucked over the redman.  It is true that there are shitty golfers of all races.

You just don't get it do you.  Let me help you understand. If you want to call racism refer to the post rather than the person.  Shroomery 101.:haha:

And I already answered several times. :monkeydance:

The main thing is that you don't call me a racist again:nono: and like I said I think you're upstanding enough to get that and behave accordingly.

Who is the bogey man you were referring to?

I can do this forever, you know.

I can too and it's fun just as long as you don't use personalisms. :nono:

Anyone paying attention could see I was referring to the fact that the indians did not see they needed to band together against a common enemy but instead fought against each other.  Doesn't matter who they were fighting in particular and that's why I didn't name anyone.

Who was the common enemy?  Bad golfers?  Come on, give me a list of potential candidates for Bogey men.  I'll start.  White Westerners.  You go next.

We do, I got you to quit with the personalisms.  And that's what I was after.

btw I don't think or believe that White Westerners were the common enemy of the indian like you seem to.  It was individuals within that group but hardly the whole of them.

Holy crap people still believe the that the democrats are better then the republicans when they are really just two wings on the same bird? I mean Obama legalized the NDAA and the authorization of military drones to be used on the American public while getting a Nobel Peace Prize for going into war with Afghanistan and back into Iraq? what is this hypocrisy?

Jesse Ventura is going to be the 1st no party run for President since our founding fathers. This is going to be exciting b/c he says he's have Howard Stern as his VP. Ventura says he will only run on one condition, and that is that he gets to included in the debates.

Jesse Explains the two party paradigm, and talks about his run in 2016...

Without a power house superstar like Howard Stern, Ventura would probably get no where near the amount of publicity he will gain from adding Stern. Also in a recent poll in America, Over 50% of Centralist American's want hemp to be legalized once again, and Jesse Ventura is very fond of that, I believe he wants all drugs to be legalized, and to end the 2 party system.

Jesse Ventura was great in Predator, but the guy is a complete conspiracy whackjob.  He believes in all that crazy shit.  He thinks 9/11 was an inside job.  He thinks HAARP is a government weather modification program.  He thinks that FEMA has prison camps.

The guy is batshit insane.

Nah....rational people talk about all kinds of things...

A conspiracy nutter is someone who, despite all evidence to the contrary, believes some irrational, convoluted theory about how a particular event occurred or how a particular system operates.  Examples include:

1.  HAARP conspiracies,
2.  Chemtrails
3.  9/11 inside job theories,
4.  Kennedy assassination theories,
5.  Roswell/alien cooperation theories
6.  alien abduction theories
7.  "Sovereign Citizen" theories
8.  Illuminati/NWO theories
9.  Faked moon landing theories

There are many more, but if someone subscribes to three or more of these, he/she is undoubtedly a conspiracy nutter.  One or two might just be someone who enjoys the drama of a mystery.

He was born in Kenya that's why the place where he was born was made a tourist site. Then the place where he went to school erected a statue of him, in INDONESIA. This guy is not an AMERICAN, he is an agent that's why it is so tough getting any type of records on this guy, it all seems like a conspiracy b/c the tv told you so. But that doesn't make all these facts false, a lot was uncovered about him about his parents and grand parents were CIA agents.

How when everyone know that the Birth Certificate that they gave us was a fraud? It doesn't matter that he was born in Kenya or Hawaii, what's important is that he's not American and grew up in Indonesia and went to school in Indonesia. And that at the time he was in Indonesia, they didn't allow dual citizenship, making him an Indonesian and when he came to American he never went through Customs, and that's a fact. The only people that can do that are agents of the government.

And he lied about that, that is wrong. He lied about his name, he lied about his religion, he lied about the wars, he lied about the drones, torture, marijuana, he lied about just about everything he ever said, all so you couldn't figure how much of a liar he was, this guy is the biggest liar I've ever seen in my whole existence of living. This guy is a total agent, born, bred and groomed.

What makes a good president though in your eyes? Do you think it's about how well he can lie about everything he said? Why would you defend the government, when they lie about everything, why trust a man that would lie about his own name?

Barry Soetoro? What kind of human being can be ok with lying so often, you know it's kind of hard to lie, you get that weird feeling inside. Just imagine being Barry, look at all the lies he has to come up with, imagine doing that for, just one day. What a deceptive, manipulative, War Hungry evil man.

It didn't take long.  Obama only wrote one note when he was president of HLR.  It's a pretty typical piece discussing an Illinois Supreme Court decision, Stallman v. Youngquist.  It's not particularly remarkable, but they rarely are.

There's been a lot of secrecy lately.

lil'bush wouldn't release his military records and stole all his papers from when he was gov. of TX and moved them to daddy's library.

What's he hiding.

With Clinton it was his medical records.

Why should anyone have to release their medical records or military records to the public?  Are you saying that if someone goes into public service, they give up their right to any privacy whatsoever?

And what does secrecy have to do with Obama's law review note or his birth certificate?  Neither are particularly secret.

I don't get why you'd post it in response to my post.  Maybe you don't know how to use the reply function, or maybe you just like to make random irrelevant comments.  Either way, I don't see the point.

I suppose you think there should be a 24/7 webcam on Obama's bed as well...since you think that public servants should have zero privacy.

It didn't take long.  Obama only wrote one note when he was president of HLR.  It's a pretty typical piece discussing an Illinois Supreme Court decision, Stallman v. Youngquist.  It's not particularly remarkable, but they rarely are.

I believe that he had the least activity of anyone who headed the Harvard Law Review in its history.  And hardly anybody remembers anything about him from Columbia.  Affirmative Action president

Do you have a source for that?  He wrote a note...that's about all any editor of a law review does.  I don't really see how it matters whether anyone remembers him from college.

Really?  That's all editors do?  Never write an article?  How the fuck did he get to be an editor?  Fellatio?

I just think it's odd that his footprint at every stop of his academic career is basically zero.

Articles are generally written by faculty with student assistance. Editors usually edit articles and write a note....At least that's how it was at my law school.  I didn't go to Harvard, though.

I don't know how he became president of the Law review, but in most law schools, there are two ways to get on the law review.  First, one can automatically qualify based on first year GPA.  I qualified but didn't take a position because it seemed like too much work that I wasn't interested in.  The second way is to "write on."  The law school has a competition where students write a brief on a subject, and the top X in the competition are invited to the law review.

For him to get the position of president of the law review, his GPA must have been very good and/or his writing must have been excellent (within the context of a first year law student, of course)

There were over 100 cameras that caught footage of what hit the pentagon that day... 1 shitty set of stills was released to the public capturing nothing resembling a plane. NOTHING surrounding the pentagon strike that day makes sense when reviewed.

I've done a hefty lot of research on the pentagon strike particularly and researched Hani Hanjour and his lack of flying skills.

You know a "credible" source will be damn near impossible. I dont consider foxnews credible or CNN for that matter so what will suffice?

Also, how many cameras do you think are keeping watch of the pentagon? Do you think the Pentagon would really slack keeping its outer perimeter safe and under watch of cameras?

So, you're really just assuming that over 100 cameras caught the object that hit the pentagon...

What you don't have to assume however are the dozens of witnesses that saw a plane approach and/or hit the pentagon.  Another thing you don't have to assume is all of the plane debris found in and around the pentagon after the crash.  You don't have to assume any of that because all of it is out there in the public domain.

not a credible source 1
Plenty of witnesses attest to seeing no plane 2

The only shred of proof either of us have is an actual testimony from flying school that states Hani couldnt pilot evern the smallest of planes...

Marwan Al-Shehhi: "He was dropped because of his limited English and incompetence at the controls."

Salem Al-Hazmi: "We advised him to quit after two lessons."

Hani Hanjour: "His English was horrible, and his mechanical skills were even worse. It was like he had hardly even ever driven a car. I'm still to this day amazed that he could have flown into the Pentagon. He could not fly at all."

For his flight training in Arizona with his two friends, see ibid. (Feb. 24, 2000, entry citing 265A-NY-280530-IN, serial 4468). Hanjour initially was nervous if not fearful in flight training. FBI letterhead memorandum, investigation of Lotfi Raissi, Jan. 4, 2004, p. 11. His instructor described him as a terrible pilot. FBI letterhead memorandum, interview of James McRae, Sept. 17, 2001.

Actually, you don't pay attention.  You can find all of the same pictures of plane debris and statements of witnesses all over the internet.

A witness that DIDN'T see a plane has ZERO probative value.  7 billion people on the planet DIDN'T see the plane hit the pentagon...that means nothing.

Many witnesses DID see a plane hit the building...even more saw plane parts at the crash site.  If it wasn't a plane that hit the building, then something hit it, and plane parts magically appeared all over the place simultaneously.  That theory makes a whole lot of sense.

And yes, he was a bad pilot.  If you look at the data from the data recorder, you'll see that he came in too high to hit the pentagon, so he had to circle to lose enough altitude to hit it...even then, he hit the ground before he hit the building.

Are you aware how hard it is to fly a commercial airliner?

The report claimed that one of the engines vaporized and the one that was left over was a fraction of the size it should have been

That spells nothing close to airliner. 2000 pound steel reinforced engines dont vaporize and they dont shrink.

It's not...particularly after someone else has already powered up the plane, taken off, retracted the gear, and climbed to altitude.  It's actually quite easy...Yoke and pedals...not hard at all

You've clearly never flown a plane, dude.  I have...many times.  I started flying when I was 16...over 25 years ago.

The hard part about flying is landing.  Everything else is pretty basic.  I'd have a tough time jumping into a 757 and flying it well, but I could probably figure out how to get it off the ground and back on the ground safely.  The hardest part would be figuring out where the switches are...

Of course, they knew where the switches were because they studied that ahead of time.  Since the plane was already in the air, the only switches they needed were the transponder and the autopilot...to turn both off.  They didn't need to know how to lower the gear, or the flaps, or anything else, really.

Yoke, throttle, and pedals...and they didn't even really need the pedals to crash the plane into the pentagon.

You've seen the conspiracy videos describing the plunge that had to occur to avoid all the poles and hit whatsoever right?

Yeah...I've seen all of that.  Of course, it's founded on lies.  The plane took out poles on its way in.

In addition, I've looked at the data from the recorder.  It's all consistent with a poor pilot coming in too fast and high...then circling to lose altitude...and then hitting the ground and sliding into the pentagon.

The biggest problem with these conspiracy videos is that they leave out really important details, or they misrepresent facts.

I've spent hundreds, if not thousands, of hours going over conspiracy sites and watching videos, reading reports, etc.  I've really tried to find solid evidence of the "inside job" theories.  The more I look, the less those theories make sense, and the more the official story makes sense.

"In Plane Sight" was a goody, and the primary piece of work I would advertise to people willing to watch.

I agree though watching 99 percent of the opinionated and dramatic works is worse than listening to a bieber album

I watched "In Plane Sight" and "Loose Change" when they first came out.  Both are full of misrepresentations and outright lies.  I originally bought the "truther" theories, too.  After looking into them more deeply, I had to admit that I was wrong and accept that the official story is a close approximation of what actually happened.

To each their own, I look at how the gov allowed pearl harbor to happen when Hawaiian lookouts were pressing to inform the US and we ignored them. When I look at 911 I see at the very least, a government seeing opportunity in allowing the attacks.

The way the oil companies and Halliburton swooped in with their own opportunity to the Iraqi oil fields and wreckage... You can see why I have the opinion I do.

As for evidence, so many years later its impossible to be sure of any of it or the lack of it.

That certain corporate and political interests benefitted from 9/11 is undeniable.  It's a bit of a leap of logic, however, to claim that as evidence that those interests planned and carried out the attacks.

Whenever tragedy strikes, there will be a line of people looking to find a way to cash in on it....Whether it be in money or additional power.

For me, it comes down to some simple facts.  Al Qaeda said they were going to attack.  An attack happened.  Al Qaeda claimed responsibility.  On top of that, they attacked us elsewhere in the world.  I think it's pretty clear who attacked us on 9/11.

The notion that the administration knew and allowed it to happen is interesting, but it's certainly not necessary to explain the events of that day.  Incompetence is a much more likely explanation than intent.  I'm always open to the intent argument, but I just haven't seen anything to support it yet.

Osama never once confessed. If you're going to then post the supposed confession tape remember that it is a completely different format than any of the others and simply doesnt hold up.

In 1999 the gov acknowledged that we were facing an oil crisis in the next 5 years and Cheneys people suggested attacking Iraq. fast forward and we are storming the middle east with Cheneys contract company rebuilding right behind.

Leap of faith yes, but this is a part of where my own conclusions come from.

There is no difference its an illusion.the country is run by one group and wants you to believe politicians are different from eachother giving the illusion you have a choice, right or left they're just puppets to entertain you and give you hope, while behind the scenes the elites call the shots.

I don't know which "confession tape" you mean, but there are tons of statements from Al Qaeda operatives and leaders wherein they either claim responsibility or warn of further attacks of similar nature.

I suspect that you've latched on to one specific video that has allegedly been shown to have "inconsistencies."  The bottom line, however, is that none of it rests on one tape or one bit of evidence.  There is a mountain of evidence pointing to Al Qaeda, and casting doubt on the authenticity/credibility of one or a few pieces of it doesn't do anything to support an "inside job" theory....one has to have actual evidence that supports the inside job theory.  So far, none has been presented.

Al Qaeda said they were going to attack, but who runs Al Qaeda who runs Osama Bin Laden the CIA agent Tim Osman, who runs Al Waki the Al Qaeda leader and cleric and said mastermind of 9/11, the man that was caught at the Pentagon for secret meetings. Al Qaeda or better known Al CIA-duh is completely a CIA run organization Al Qaeda literally translate into "The Database"

9/11 was a an inside job run by Al Qaeda aka Tim Osman and the CIA, the proof is undeniable, but if your not willing to hear the truth, you will be arguing and pretending your a little government lawyer trying to win there trail for them as they run all the prostitution, drug, prison, military, genetically modified organism rings. They run it all while you try to fight for the government, instead of the American people

That's the dopamine talking, bro.  You've heard a little truth mixed in with a bunch of conspiracy nutter nonsense, and you've accepted it.  The reason you have is that your brain chemistry makes you see patterns where none exist.

It must be exhausting, kid...seriously...If you get on some meds, you will be much, much happier.

Al Qaeda was created by Hitler. They never found him after WW2 because he had already been loaded on to an aircraft flown by UN officials to the middle east to inspire another war against the Jews, this time using Muslims!!!

WW2,2.

I said it so its true.

Hitler was a government agent, bro.  He was actually Charlie Chaplin:

You never saw them in the same room....

Chaplin was hired by the U.S. Government to form the Nazi party so that the Holocaust would happen, giving the jews an excuse to get a homeland which would only piss off the muslims, so that eventually, the illuminati could bring down the WTC and blame it on muslims...

You have to understand...these people have it all planned out, bro.

there is an article from the New York Times that explains it.  Harvard used to pick editors based on the highest grade, but in order to allow more minorities a chance they changed that and made it a popularity contest. :smirk:

Here is the article.  Yep.  Looks like Obama was an equal opportunity pick.

They're describing exactly what I was saying earlier.  Half are picked based on grades alone and half based on a write-on competition.  It's not a popularity contest, though.  No one knows who wrote the briefs until after winners have been chosen.

In addition, your source doesn't say whether he qualified through grades, write-on or both.

I do not support handouts to lazy people, but its part of the package deal after all, and I DO support people in my position being able to attend school.

Please do argue against that though with blanket reasoning...

My mom was a crack head who bankrupted anyone she could and that includes selling food stamps from the gov for yet more crack, skin and burn that bitch while dragging he through the streets, you will save a lot of wasted money and human potential.

On the other hand there is a purist sentiment that people replace actually thinking with. I cant fathom how someone does in fact argue that the world is a better place showing less compassion, even if it does waste resources.

If you make a decent wage and dont like paying taxes so people in awful life positions can survive, then I have to ask what level of greed you must have.

I cant eat right now and when I see ex military bums on the street I give what I can.

If you dont then suck my dick.

You dont buy a goddamn thing, the government does all the work for you and you pay the gov compensation for its work.

Not paying for your education is not equivalent to not letting you survive.  Do you know who is surviving?  Illegal immigrants who hang out on the street and cadge day construction jobs.  Around here when they get one they get paid $100 a day plus lunch and transportation.

The government does very little for me and I pay it ten times what I get in return.  Because they give money to bums.

I worked with immigrants who were being compensated just fine for hard days work. As I see it, they deserve the same benefits. If you live here you are a citizen

No, you are not a citizen because you illegally jumped the border.  I made a point about illegal immigrants who apparently are doing better than you.  And yet you whine and beg for alms even though you have the same opportunity as them.

I gotta leave this thread, you sir have done an excellent job trolling.

I'm sure you picked fruit in the fields to pay for your schooling rather than rely on mommy and daddy to pay for schooling and board...

Thats typically how conservatives are brought up, the only way a human can fail to empathize for others.

I don't troll and you failed to make any case that I as a taxpayer have any obligation to act in loco parentis for you.  I am not the cause of your parents being pieces of shit and I don't owe you anything because of it.  But you keep panhandling.  Empathy?  I got my own bills to pay.  You pay yours.

Empathy does not equal responsibility.  I'm with the Zappa on this one.
