Grain spawn jars

I am getting some mycelium colonization in the jars, but it has been over 6 weeks, and they are not fully colonized. What should I do?
What are the ideal temp and light and conditions needed to speed up colonization of rye grain jars?

That's a really long time. Dump them and start over. I may be able see a problem if I had a good picture.
