Found on This Morning's Walk

Hi Guys, Took a walk this morning in a big grassy/clover field near where I live. I noticed that lots of straw/hay had been spread out in the area by the landscapers.
Still keeping my eyes peeled for Panaeolus cinctulus and wondering if maybe I found some. Would anyone be so kind as to ID these?

Also, found this group of young ones in a landscaped/woodchip area near where I found Stuntzii last fall. The dark color stood out to me but I'm not sure what they are. I thought I'd check here for an ID:

Thanks for your help. Happy Hunting!

The first look like Panaeolus cinctulus to me. A spore print would be neccesary to be sure they aren't Panaeolus foenisecii. Should be jet black.

Can you get more pics of the pins?
They do look "psilocybish" like baby baeos or ovoids

Thanks to everyone for your advice.
I took a spore print from just a couple of these mushrooms for a few hours. They aren't the darkest prints, but they sure look black to me.
What do you think? Panaeolus cinctulus? that would be exciting, because there are many more in the field where these came from.

Thanks and happy hunting!

Love the Sharpie test! Here are the same prints with black Sharpie dots in the center and at the edge. I also included the stems in case there is any bluing visible.
