@OP - Software engineering is a great paying job - but you have to be good at math. It doesn't really involve "dry number crunching" (the point is to architect applications to do that number crunching for you) but it does involve math. It's pretty fun (imo).

Just forget college.  Try to apprentice a trade.  And that doesn't mean formal apprenticeship.  Just go to work.  Life will ensue.

Yeah, I might end up being an electrician through apprenticeship, just because it is really easy and you get paid a lot for it.

But I like to learn , so school is for me regardless. Even if I had a career I would probably still go to school just for the sake of learning something new, even if I never applied the knowledge or planned on it.

Doing the same thing every day get boring to me, so I want to have enough skills so I can switch it up whenever I want to.

Some people might argue that almost all learning takes place outside of the academy.  Inside the academy you get indoctrination.  Professor Read and Dr. Live.

I am currently enrolled in a community college and must choose my courses soon, But I still have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life. I have a few ideas but nothing solid yet, I need a career that pays well but doesn't involve creative oppression or dry number crunching (no business or computer tech.). My interests are: Psychology, Anthropology, Botany, Archeology, History, Biology, Language, and Philosophy.

I strongly recommend that you see a career counselor, and ask to take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Each typology (of 16 types) is represented in the answer manual in terms of the percentages of people who tend to do well in which professions. I have had a lot of experience giving this going back to 1980. While it is true that one must "follow one's bliss," as Joseph Campbell said, your generation doesn't have the luxury of wasting time. I began college as a biology major in what was then called pre-med. Psychedelics changed everything. I have a B.A. in Philosophy, and M.T.S. in Theological Studies, and a Ph.D. in Human Development Education & Clinical Psychology. I have recently retired, though I am moving towards doing some private practice. So, I'm pretty much done with career, but I should have sought some guidance. It was rough starting out, but I shouldn't have moved to the state I did, and should have remained where I got schooled for licensure reasons. I made a lot of personal and professional mistakes that cost me dearly.

Hey that's what I did and I was able to retire at 55.  I actually went though many trades just to keep things interesting.
