I have some straw logs in my incubation chamber that have been there for about a month. They are Oyster (Blue, Pink, Phoenix) and one of the Pinks started to fruit in like 16 days! Moved it but now I am thinking these may be ready too. What do you all say.......

to me they look like they could fruit soon. They also look a little on the wet side, i'd keep a close eye on them.

They are wet but so far they smell nice and earthy. I turned on the lights today and was thinking of dropping the temp. There has been no light and the temp is 75-80F. I have not been misting or running a humidifier due to the wetness and they seem to be ok with it. Myc is growing and no bad odor from them.

thats sounds good. You can try to initiate pinning and if they are ready they'll start if not it should do no harm; sometimes logs will sit in my fruiting room for over a week before they decide to pin.
