I always would just spit on my finger and rub the caulk.  Just easier.

Yeah, the first one is Suillus; maybe S. salmonicolor like Falcon said. Those aren't scabers on the stalk, but "glandular dots". Do you know what trees were nearby?

Yes Bob, it was a very big island in the middle of the parking lot, their was a small 2-3' wall of red clay with pine tree on top and on the face of the dirt wall was dark green moss from which the mushrooms were growing. One thing I did forget to mention was how incredibly sticky the cap was, very dry and extremely sticky. Thanks for the help, I'm very curious about this one and the cortinarius sp.

Suillus corthunatus seems likely. Loblolly pine?

Yessir! Very large loblolly pines scattered throughout the parking lot. I found that one in the picture directly under a big loblolly... the moss was growing around the root and the mushrooms in the moss... I would have taken a picture of the habitat but there was a Guy on a lawn mower telling me to get back in my car and move and I had 3 or 4 cars stuck behind me getting kinda mad....

The partial veil is a good clue that it's not a Leccinum, I don't think there are any that have a membranous veil like that suillus does.

Yeah, I keyed it down to suillus but can't seem to find the species... and this says its edible... but what does "edible" mean in this case? You COULD eat it and not get sick, or you SHOULD eat it because they are good? Lol...thanks for all the help guys!! Really awesome!

You can eat and not get sick, I don't know a lot of people who collect suillus for the table. IMO they don't taste bad, but they don't taste like much of anything, and they lack texture.
Bob Zimmerman's suggestion of Suillus corthunatus looks likely.

I do occasionally see people collecting Slippery Jacks which are a close relative of what you found, for the table, but I think they are Eastern European immigrants.
