Already playing warhammer fantasy (beastmen) and 40K (orks, tyranid and a bit of spacemarine), and Hordes (skorne). But wanted to historical tank-battles for a long time, the Eastern front (WWII) particularly. Any players of Flames of War here? and can you recommend the game? Especially the tank part.
And yes i am aware that miniature games can be addictive and cost you all of your Money

Spend alot of time and Money on warhammer before. Assembling, painting and playing with. But Games Workshop (the manufacturer) have turned into an evil international Corporation, that i dont want to support anymore. So i wouldnt recomend starting up on that game anymore. Try looking into Warmachine or Hordes instead (very similar games that can be played together)

Maybe in the future. I don't have much time for it, not to mention that I don't think it would go with my budget lol.

i used to play LOTR by games workshop, but i left them somewhere once and they got thown out (doh, like 300-500$ worth of shit)
ive been saving lego guys i find at garage sales and what not to build my own game, but if there a reasonably priced game, id be into buying it instead

Tried Flames of War on Viking-con (danish roleplaying and boardgame convent) and was not impressed. Glad i did not spend alot of money on miniatures, before i did
