Knowing

When people ask me or when I ask myself what it is I believe in. I say: I know nothing. I have come to peace with the fact that I know nothing and will know nothing. There could be a God. By God I mean creator. It could be a fucking computer. It could be an alien. It could be a scientist. It could the the God in religions. It could be the man in white I pictured him to be in my childhood. You get the point.
Or there could be nothing. But I kind of negate the fact that it could be nothing because we didn't just happen. Okay, some will say we evolved. But the very first thing must have come from something.
Anyways, I'm curious to know how those who are certain there is no 'God' can be certain that there is no 'God'. How can you be certain that what is possibly the biggest hoax in the history of existence is, in fact, a hoax?
Looking forward to your replies.
Cheers.

If there is a g*d, then I'm sure, g*d is so fundamental, that we can not have any idea about g*d, else than that g*d is the fundament of everything, what is a common view, and nothing, at the same time, in a very concrete way.

It seems more narrow to say "I don't know nothing" instead of "I don't know whether I know anything".
Knowing is a broad term though, it's difficult communicating if I pick up a banana and you tell me you don't know whether this is a banana or not. The same goes for substantial scientific observations, as a matter of fact, science is knowledge in my native language.
But sure, we can't know whether there are forces controlling and manipulating everything, even beyond science. I am open to the possibility there may be ultimate knowledge and truth one day.

All religions or spiritual experiences point to the same g*d. If one can't describe g*d, how could we know g*d's' name ? So yes, I took that from the Jews, plus I like the 'star'

Humans need something to believe in, it seems to be in our nature to question our existence and everything surrounding it. We here tend to share the same somewhat nihilistic belief that certain knowledge doesn't seem to be possible to achieve. We believe this, therefore we also have a belief, just as those believing in some kind of monistic creator like a 'God'. When someone is brainwashed by the community and religions from an early age then many people don't want to even question what they have been learned, and possibly even got lied about.

horror of realizing they are falling into a void which didn't have their desires at heart. You can see that the world has disappeared for these people, that the world they see no longer exists, that everything with thriving life has been deprived of its source and is now nothing. Some scientists believe that all the signs of the way the universe is made makes them assume that there must be "something" after death, whatever this vague something is I don't know, perhaps we transform into a different creature, but if we are revived to this life, well then it must really show that whatever god created this must not have had the best taste. For it gets awfully boring here for those inclined to denying invites to parties in order to attend to a play which I wanted to see. As if I rather watch a play then even contemplate the existence of god, and even ask my friends if they would wish to watch a play with me without so much as suggesting it myself since I would ask another person to ask them for me.
