The honey is a hypholoma, Champignon?!?!? looks like Marasmius oreades, the horse may be a horse.

Coprinellus, Most of the time, Coprinellus species will have glittering crystals on the cap. Coprinus has only C. comatus, unless thats changed. Coprinopsis is pretty similar but lacks the crystals, though there might be exceptions to the rule, i have not read a monograph on these genera. ...
