Hawaiian Baby Woodrose from Happy Herbs, San Diego?

Heyheyhey everybody! Just got back from a months vacation in California, which was amazing. The weed we got there was mindblowing compared to the shitty shake grass we usually have where I'm from.
When in San Diego, I bought some HBW from a shop called happyherbs. It set me back about 14 bucks, so I figured I might aswell give it a go. I lost some seeds from my backpack when I left San Diego, but I have 5 left. However, I've been reading alot about the extraction process and the fuzzy outerlayer, and can't seem to get a grip on it. These seeds looks fairly scraped and ready, from what I've read and from the photos I've seen;

I saw this guide; from this website; http://azarius.net/smartshop/psychedelics/lsa_seeds/hawaiian-baby-woodrose/
Does this seem like the right way to do it? Anyone tried these from Happy Herbs?
Thanks shroomies

Might have been 24, can't remember. No more than that though.

I have been experimenting with HBWR for a while now and its alright. I crushed up the seeds real fine and then put them into a chocolate mold and smothered those bad boys in melted Hershey bar. The chocolate was good but the nausea is bad haha so fair warning, prepare to be a little queasy to unreal puking.

Crushing them up not so fine may help with the nausea. i'm not sure how well this applies to HBW but it certainly applies to morning glories. I'm a bit rusty here. The husks contain most of the bad stuff, which are indigestible, and will not release most of that bad stuff (cyanogenic glycosides, if i remember correctly) if kept in fairly large pieces. Old trick but it works. also there are several extraction methods but with a moderate dose like 5 seeds you may be better off just eating them.
