Holy moly! It appears that you have had a super day.

Whatch out for those cholos in dinosaur caps. I hear they are the meanest.

And General, ahem. Sir? I would like to offer a suggestion.

I uh, was thinking that you could quote someone without re-posting all of
the photos that are already in the thread. Of course you can do as you wish
but just a little cleaner for a thread. Also, it is proper etiquette.

Either way. Rad post RPZ.

@ Ganzig, it was a great day for mushrooms, although I dropped my knife somewhere deep in the bush when it started pouring and lost it.  It was a gift from my grandpa so that was lame.  :facepalm3: I would have searched longer but the kids were cold and done with the rain.

This may be lame and girly - but I keep a little clipon retractible leash with an old thin serrated kitchen knife and a .5" round paintbrush attached.  This clips to my belt, and I just reel out the knife/brush and use it, then let it retract.  Each of those tools is on a niteize micro biner so if I want to remove it it's easily done.

It's so easy and no lost tools.  Keeps your hands free.  I hate fumbling for my knife in pocket or sheath, get it out, unfold it, use it, refold it, put it back safe.  Who has the time?  LOL

I don't take my good/sentimental blades out for serious shroomin', too many distractions.

"The initial quake was a 6.6 but fairly shallow. I felt it as a prolonged up and down vibration followed by a jolt forward and then to the left, like square dancing."
