My guess is you're looking into this plastic box trying to gain knowledge and communicate with other like-minded individuals. You're here because you're supposed to be here. We're all here to learn, about ourselves, and in turn about each other. And learn we do!

for happiness of course...

we all seek happiness I think...perhaps because it is our true source

when we feel disassociated from our source we want to go to it but all we see in this strange world are pretty girls and boxes of twinkies...neither of which holds pure love for us

so we continue to search...down the road we go

is it here...is it there....ahhhhhh i am going to go crazy

I think happiness exists within ourselfs but were always looking outwards

why do i want what i dont have when i truely want what i have more than anything

contentment is something that I have just forgotton about I think.

they have a sign up in alcohol anonymous - "some of your best thinking got you here"

i think wisdom is in silence and they say that the music is the silence betwixt the NotEz

The only reason I'm 100% sure of is to reproduce. That's what all life is "here" for.

Beyond that...why wouldn't you be here?

the ultimate answer to any 'why' question is: why not?

there is no purpose, your ego will convince that there is one though.

perhaps the purpose then is to eliminate the ego.

Is this a Rubbermaid plastic box? Or if you like wal-mart, is it a sterilite plastic box? If its one of the two, you are probably enjoying the sight of a living breathing network of some kind of magic fungus? Or is it a different plastic box?

true...but I find such questions to be very much dependant on circumstances
WHY, on the other hand, seems to transcend these sorts of things (typically)

and on a side note: you seemed to have forgotten 'how'

Life is here to perceive existence. Without life the universe would practically not exist. In fact outside of your mind the universe that YOU experience does not exist.

I don't know why we are here, but I DO know that I have pulled myself out of this shitty state that I have dropped into once again, and am now my true self again.

It was just snap of your fingers, and then Wam! "Hey, I remember feeling like this!"

Anyways, yeah, I am my old self again. Everything is as it should be, and I no longer feel shitty and shit.

So, like, GAME ON!
Peace.

Yeah, we most definitely can. It is just that sometimes we tell ourselves that we can't.. Feeling low seems impossible when up so high, and feeling high seems impossible when feeling so low.. hehe

Just the tail-end of what I (thought) I had reprogrammed trying to seize office once again.. too bad for it the new regime is much too strong to stay ousted for long, and the walls are being in place to keep these self serving Republicans out of office forever..........  so to speak.

I guess it is one thing to work towards a general mindset that is truly the best for you, it is another thing to still be in that mindscape when you wake up the next morning.. Something to keep working on, continously pushing, so that the new experience becomes the default..
Peace.

Exactly !!!!!!!!!!!!
NLP actually defines Depression not as Despair/Hopelessness etc, but
as the Basic belief that the feeling will never change - that's what feeds the cycle they say. And I know what u mean about feeling high
u lucky bastard  I used to live practically perpetually in that
state, and people don't believe me, but I really did. No, I wasn't
in Nirvanic bliss or anything, but I was just a naturally happy,
bubbly guy. Now I aint. Amazing that people still don't believe
me - i.e. when I tell em I'm perpetually down now ! sigh...
It's cause I laugh all the time n smile n put lots of emoticons
