I've purchased one of these bad boys and recently received it. I wanted to say that the units are in great shape, looks great, runs great, and the filters look nice and clean. I'm very impressed and happy with this purchase. There are a couple units left, so go get them.

A tip if that's a downdraft model is to keep your gloves and wrists away from directly above your sterile media.  The air may be sterile, but if your gloves or wrist sleeves are not, the fan will blow stuff off them that may end up in your media.

This is why we generally want the flow from the back of the work area to the front rather than straight down.

Wow, that thought actually never has occurred to me. I guess building one yourself really is the best way to go. I just suck at cutting straight lines/ drawing them lol. I really want to build one I am just worried I will fuck it up.
