When using a spore syringe kept in the fridge do you need to heat it up before use?

Title pretty much says it all. Do you need to let it come to room temperature or can it be used as is?

I dunno, I figured it'd take about an hour or so, at least 30 minutes. I'm also concerned if there is any drawbacks to taking it in and out of the fridge like that, or rather allowing the temperature to fluctuate, I wonder if it would degrade the spores over time. I imagine it like leftovers, you put em in the fridge and take them out to cook them they'll taste a certain way. If you put them in the fridge, take them out until they're room temperature, put em back in, repeat a few times, you'll end up with essentially mush as this causes the water to equalize throughout the food and perhaps even break down the cellular structure. Freezing would greatly speed this process up because the formation of ice bursts cellular walls. No idea how this would effect mushrooms spores in a solution however, for all I know it might even be beneficial. Actually I'm now curious what would happen if you freeze some mushroom spores...

Freezing and thawing repeatedly im sure would harm them. As for the rest of this discussion, over my head :P

Well I would think dropping the temperature and then raising it, or lets just say cycling the temperature, I would imagine would either expand or shrink them (I have no idea which). Whether this causes any kind of harm or benefit I have no idea . Maybe we can keep doing it to make giant spores and then from those giant spores will come giant mushrooms .

I really want a mushroom tree that fruits mushrooms and nuts giant spores or sclerotia for reproductive purposes It'll rain spores, hail sclerotia, and drop mushrooms . To transplant it you could just cut it anywhere and then put it anywhere and it will regrow mycilial 'roots'. From the old 'stump' the parent tree would of course also regrow. You could build with it and it's self healing. Umm.. I dunno, sounds great. You can cut a big hole in the 'trunk', hide someshit in it, and then just put the cut out piece back on and it will reform keeping your shit safe. Pretty sweet, pretty sweet, if only we lived thousands-millions of years ago, I'm pretty sure those existed once.

Does it matter where they come up to room temperature? In the syringe or ontop of your spawn or even in your jars? I don't think so.
