Nice, I don't think I've ever seen a black eagle. Definitely not up close.
We have a lot of bald eagles around here that hang out by the river. They're SO big, first time I saw one I was a little kid and it scared me
Lotta copperheads around here too, and rattlesnakes but those are a little easier to notice Gotta be careful walking through tall glass though.

Sup dudes. I won a free ticket to a 3 day festival coming up called Art Outside. Pretty stoked about that.
And I'm getting my first paycheck this Saturday at my new job. Unfortunately most of the money is already called for because of debts and the cost of camping three days at a festival.
Besides that, I'm trying to keep focused at school but I'm kind of sucking at it. Have an appointment with a doctor Friday to possibly get a script to vyvanse. I'd only take it occasionally though when I have to get a lot done.
But lately that has been practically every day

Just got back from a bike ride & some star gazing. As I was turning around to head home from star gazing (stars were magnificent tonight by the way), I saw a deer behind me & got about 5 feet away from him

No ufos?
When I was a kid I used to live in the sticks (I still do, but I'm in a town now), and most of the development you couldn't hunt in so people would feed the deer and black bears. I watched a video of my childhood friend feeding a black bear by hand.
Now another friend, in another development, his mom keeps feeding the deer bread and I swear every time I'm over there, around 6-7pm the same deer come through and we are always outside smoking. I can get the deer to come close to me by pretending I have something in my hand. Tomorrow I'm probably heading up, this time I'm bringing bread so I can actually trick it into letting me touch it.
Only problem is that there is usually a young buck with the same deer, and the thing seems semi-aggressive.
