Psilocybe in IL from discarded cakes years ago?

Dear Friends,
There is an infestation (a good one I hope) of these guys in my yard. I was hoping someone could identify these.
They materialized in the very spot I had a dead tree cut down and removed the year prior, I don't think it's a coincidence.
Also I remember a few years ago I through some failed Psilocybe cakes in the general area; they got mold (same area actually).
Could this be a really, really, awesome return? The season this year is unusually warm and LONG, i.e. maybe it allowed for that subtropic climate to spawn?
I would also like to mention I have all kinds of plants from all different kinds of nurseries, could one of my tropics spread the spores last year?
Unfortunately I can't say I remember the species though, it was a freebie with my order of spores.
Then tried again with a different species and had an amazing casing with multiple flushes(thanks to this same message board!).
I live in northern IL.
Temps way up, unseasonably warm/hot for October. We are getting July weather as of the last few weeks and foreseeable week ahead.

I do know after yanking some out my hands were covered in black ink.
No visible blue bruising as of yet.
I'm working on the spore prints as I post this, which I will post later.
As mentioned above there are three "wishful thinking" scenarios that let me (hope) these are psychoactive, lol.
Thanks for Looking!

Coprinoid species, perhaps Coprinellus. Not active.

Your welcome . The mycelium from the cakes you tossed would have been killed off by the first winter.

Coprinellus disseminatus, 99% certain.
Mystery solved.
Well, at least I can still go hunting for some laughing gyms (Gymnopilus spectabilis)...The only other active besides subs I've seen in these parts...

Unlikely that's the specific species, they were described as deliquescing.

in this picture they dont appear to be liquifying in age like many inkys..

maybe it was just wet spore mass, and not actual ink?
I will say that the cap pattern looks a little more complex...

and just because its not dissolving doesn't mean its not an inky..
sooo... yeah, maybe not coprinus disseminatus...

They are very visually similar to http://www.mushroomexpert.com/coprinellus_disseminatus.html, but after his comment I would shy away from calling them that.

I think it was the rotting ones mixed with fresh, the rotted mush is almost pure black, as are the dried up dead ones.
My apologies, I should know better about being careful with terminology when trying to ID.
I think the excitement of a prospective gold mine got the best of me
Thanks everyone for the help.
