As far as I knew, cranks of that style are generally interchangeable. Might not be worth putting much time/money into the bike though anyway, Huffy tends to make department store type bikes that are not that great. If you can pull parts off another junk bike that would be the best, but you need a specialized tool to pull cranks usually.

If your in a major city, look online for the co-op style bike shops, they could probably help you out with a used part for cheap.

I'm inclined to say it's a standard part as well IE: square hole 30orwhatever-mm crank set... At worst you'll have to get a whole bottom bracket set. Take the chain side of it off and see if you can match it

For reference OP, this is the kind of tool needed to remove crank arms:

You probably could just use any old left crank arm and leave the right side alone, but if the length is much different it will probably ride weird.

I'm not totally clear on what the problem was in the first place. Which piece is bent? The spindle itself?

the piece which the pedal mounts. The pedal came off in the middle of a trail (no washers) and i kept jamming it back on. Eventually warrped it and now the right pedal doesnt rotate in a straight vertical circle; it comes far in and far out on rotation.

So the whole crank arm came off and then got warped when you kept riding on it? Do you still have the nut that held it on?

From what I'm seeing online it looks like some common sizes are 165, 170 and 175 mm . I think you would measure from the center of one hole to the center of the other. Ebay has some crank arms for about $13.

Typically once a crank comes loose and you continue to use it without a bolt you will wear away the taper on the crank and the bottom bracket (BB). It's less of an issue on a square taper taper (which is what you have) as you can just jam the crank farther onto the BB, but it's still something to consider. You may have (read: very likely) borked both the BB AND the crank.
With a cheap piece of shit like a Huffy, I would say just throw the thing out. There's several different length of bottom brackets, and different lengths of cranks. Keep in mind that a bike that shitty it may not even use standard parts.

To me sounds like you DID warp the spindle. IIRC many bikes like this, if you warp the spindle, you have to replace the whole crank. As opposed to nicer bikes having a much more advanced/sophisticated (more pieces) crank.
If you take it somewhere and have them work on it (install a new crank), it will probably be near the price of buying a nicer used bike.

There are usually three main pieces - a crank arm on each side, and the bottom bracket (I think that is the part you are referring to as the "spindle"). On any half-decent set the chainrings are screwed into the drive-side crank. Sometimes on cheap bikes they are riveted. If that is the case, you would need at the minimum a new drive-side crank and bottom-bracket, assuming the bike uses standard parts (which it may well not). We'd need more pictures of all the parts, but quite honestly fixing a bike that shitty is probably not worth your time IMO.

That is called the "bottom bracket" or "BB" if you go into a shop. Yes, you can buy just a BB, but you have to make sure you get the correct length, and if I'm not mistaken there are a couple of different taper sizes as well. That is a square-taper BB, and by riding it without the bolt you may have ruined the taper on the crank as well, at which point you would also need new cranks.

If it's not a sealed bottom bracket (wondering if that's the case since it's kind of a shitty bike) then it will also be a huge mess of grease to deal with. Either way it seems like sinking more money into this bike is probably not really worth it.

I thought the spindle is a piece of the bottom bracket American BB's are usually all one piece IIRC, spindle and cups, which this bike probably has. The BB in that picture is an American style. His bike may even have a one-piece crank, which would guarantee he needs to replace it.
Euro BB's are a lot more sophisticated, and found on a lot of "better" bikes.
All of this with a grain of salt as I haven't built a bike in years

just replace the whole bottom bracket assembly you can get them pretty cheap on dans comp but you have to find out what style it is (spanish, american, european) they should a a page that will aducate you on the subject. I could post it here but it would be a long type.
