Been 10 days with no signs of primordia nor pins, did I do something wrong?

Hi,
I'm a beginner mushroom cultivator, this is my first grow.I tried to do as much research as possible before each step. I've been trying to find the reason for the slow pin growth on this forum and I did come up with a few suggestions but I was wondering if I could get more of a specific answer catered towards my set up. To make this easier, I'm going to bullet point the steps and setups I used.
- 250ml brown rice PF Tek with vermiculite - inoculated it with 1cc of spore syringe in a glove box - placed it in a homemade incubator using two plastic storage container, larger one with water and an aquarium heater with a smaller one resting on water. I made sure the temperature was around 80F - Took 2 weeks to fully colonize - Left the cakes in the jars for 1.5 weeks after 100% colonization to consolidate but for the last couple of days I stored it in the fridge to slow it down (due to being out of town, read that it's bad to keep in jars after 1 week) - removed from fridge from into the incubator for a day - dunked it in regular tap water for exactly 24 hours in the fridge - rolled it in very fine vermiculite with extra on top after reading that someone used to coffee grinder to pulverize the vermiculite so it'll stick better. - Using a semi translucent clear plastic SGFC of 50L with holes spaced every 2-2.5 inches on all 6 sides resting on a few small bowls for better air circulation - method of cleaning sgfc was I sprayed the container with 10% bleach and water and let it evaporate - the cakes are sitting on tin foil on top of approx. 3 inches of perlite soaked in 10% hydrogen peroxide water mixture - Hanging a florescent light bulb directly above the lid approximately 6 inches above. It's a EL/A R30 16WATT 270MA 6500k 120v 60hZ that was marked as 'Daylight' on the packaging - SGFC is raised 42inches above the ground next to a window -Temperature hovers between 73-76 Fahrenheit - Humidity is between 95-100%, maintained by spraying the sides and the perlite with a gardening spray bottle - mist the cakes 3-4 times with tap water using a fine mist hairspray bottle (bought empty)until it glistens - fanning 5-6 times a day with lid and leaving the lid off for 5 minutes after fanning - sitting in the chamber for 10 days with no change, no extra mycelium, primordia nor pin growth
Possible reasons I hypothesized - I placed the jars in the fridge for a couple of days before birthing - hydrogen peroxide in the perlite - fact that I let the bleach evaporate instead of drying it off with paper towels? I smell bleach when I first open the lid but goes away a minute later - suffocated the cakes with fine vermiculite, I removed it under water a couple of days ago after reading about someone else who did the same thing, right now it has only a bit of fine vermiculite. I rolled it again in regular sized vermiculite but it all fell due to fanning and misting
Any help would be appreciated. I'll try my best to correct any mistakes. Thank you for reading and helping

Give it a few more days first of all.
- placed it in a homemade incubator using two plastic storage container, larger one with water and an aquarium heater with a smaller one resting on water. I made sure the temperature was around 80F
Next time skip the incubator and just set them on a shelf.
- method of cleaning sgfc was I sprayed the container with 10% bleach and water and let it evaporate
You don't need to do that at all, it's possibly detrimental. Just make sure the tub is as clean as your mother would like her dishes to be.
- the cakes are sitting on tin foil on top of approx. 3 inches of perlite soaked in 10% hydrogen peroxide water mixture
You'll get away with 3 inches but 4-6 is better. I like 6. Don't use peroxide on the perlite it won't help anything.
- SGFC is raised 42inches above the ground next to a window
Better be a closed window.
-Temperature hovers between 73-76 Fahrenheit
Just fine
- Humidity is between 95-100%, maintained by spraying the sides and the perlite with a gardening spray bottle
Spray the cakes directly till they glisten. Spray them again when they are not glistening. These thing do fine in thunderstorms outside. Also chances are your hygrometer is a piece of shit since almost every single consumer level hygrometer is a piece of shit. If its(SGFC) built properly it will always have the right humidity any way.
(MY) Possible reasons I hypothesized
Wait a few more days. Smoke a bowl read the forums.

Thank you for your answers:)
Should I rinse the sgfc and perlite to be safe and just use water for the perlite if there is no further growth after a few days?
I do spray them directly with the hairspray fine mist bottle until they glisten and repeat after they look dry. I only spray the perlite and sides with the gardening spray bottle since it produces very large water particles.

I'm sure you would be fine without doing that.

Can't be too clean. We are a clean environment to develop the world's best mushrooms you will find. I've waited 20 days before pinning started so hang in there!

You can be too clean if you're using chemicals where they don't need to be. Find me who advocates using bleach or h2o2 in a fruiting chamber

Thank you both of you for the additional info. I've been reading up on the colonization stage. I stored them in complete darkness from the inoculation stage until the birthing stage. I read that ambient light is okay for colonization. Do you think keeping the jars in darkness is the reason for the slow pinning?

No you just probably have a slow pinning/fruiting strain, and I keep my jars with in darkness for the colonizing phase and they usually start to pin the second I place them in the fruiting chamber, if you want I can give you a pore print once this flush finishes

That's very kind and generous of you:) Thank you! But I already have quite a few jars colonizing with various mushroom species and strains. Hopefully my next batch will be faster.
I'll just wait for another week and hope for the best. I'm new to this forum but it's so nice that there are so many helpful people:)

Just thought I'd give an update. Still no pins after 5 days but I do see lots of white bumps and a few tiny snail eye like primordia. Does anyone know how much longer until I see any pins?
Thank you!

Update!
Yey, I finally see a few pins on a couple of cakes! They started pinning almost exactly 2 weeks after birthing. 2 weeks and 1 day to be exact. Hopefully the yield will be good. Thanks everyone for your advice. Waiting was the key as well as lots of fanning.
