Texture looks Leucocoprinus but for the shape of the cap and very flat veil.

Agaricus Arvensis?

The form of the cluster, the smaller mushrooms, the amount of fluff and the unusual habitat, lead me to prefer Lepiotaceae - but maybe Agaricus.

The veil made me think Arvensis, but, the stem doesn't really match anymore than the habitat.

What exactly is a bodega? I can't really tell what they are using for substrate. Did you get a spore print?

It does resemble the leucocoprinus cepistipes but it kind of doesn't because of the stipe like you said.
