a quick thing on abortions...

i think abortion is necessary in some cases...
years ago i had a close friend who was pregnant. she tried so hard to keep this baby, but it was killing her in the process. instead of gaining weight, she was losing weight. she went from a healthy 140 to 100 pounds in months time. she was in and out of the hospital every week and she was throwing up more than she was breathing. this pregnancy was actually killing her.
she ended up getting an abortion about 2 months in. there was nothing she could have done.
about a year later she started getting sick again and went in. they ran a few tests and found a ceist(sp?) on her ovary. this ceist was blocking the baby from getting the baby all the nutrients and shit to help it stay alive and return, her body was trying to reject the baby.
the doctor did say there was no way in telling the ceist was even there because the fetus was in the way. even if they would have found the ceist before the abortion, the doc said there was no chance they could have removed it and save the baby.
it was hard for her, but in some cases procedures like abortions are needed.

I believe in abortions being necessary on occasion as well. Take the kardashians for example, there were some poorly made abortion decisions in that family...

I agree on the women's right to her own body debate. Abortion is, and should remain legal no matter what people "feel" about the issue. Scientifically the "zygote/fetus/embryo" is just a clump of cells up to a certain point. No cognitive thinking, no feelings, and nothing but a formation of cells to become mature and then it is something.
There are certain things Politicians and other people like to "debate/argue" about. They are infinitely unsolvable. God Gays Guns Ganja Abortion.
if we could just leave these thin gs alone and be open minded about all of them, there might be a little more peace in this world.

I had hyperemesis gravidarum while I was pregnant. I couldn't even eat ice without puking. Long story short after my kidneys started failing, abortion was my only option.
I will never regret or feel bad about having an abortion.

Bingo, that's the beginning and end of the argument right there. The only objections to abortion are religious in nature, and guess what, this isn't a theocracy.

And in all honesty there are way too many fuckin people on this earth. I also think that a whole mess of people have no business having children. Im just sayin if more people made a trip to the abortion clinic it may not be such a bad thing.

Typical libtard sarcasm with no sources to back it up, but what should we have expected from a guy who thinks you shouldn't be able to sell steroid ferrets as toy poodles? Anti-free market rhetoric at it's finest. I don't know whether to blame the liberal media or Alex Grey, for influencing the drug community with his fuckin' Obama painting. Man I hope Jesus comes back before the black guy takes our guns.

Yeah that is scary, I hate condoms too much to do something like that. I had a smoking hot little hispanic chick that wanted my nuts but she didn't believe in prophylactics or abortions, and you know those mexican women, they'll get pregnant just from giving you a handjob. Had to turn her down.

I respectfully disagree. My mom was a nurse and spent some years working in a Catholic hospital. She quit that hospital on the very day she was in the OR and witnessed the OB doc convince a man to save the premature baby and sacrifice the mother for overtly religious reasons.
Granted, most folks are a lot more reasonable than that, but there are still plenty of wingnuts out there.

so... That little clump of cells turns into a baby right quick. I saw the sonogram of my son at 1 month and clearly it was a baby in there. I mean arms legs head beating heart, all that. Abortions are pretty fucked up past a couple weeks and you don't even know about it yet then. I think anyone that wants one should have to see their sonogram first so they can see what they're killing, cause its not just a little clump of cells like these fucks will have you believe.
that being said... If I found out I had knocked someone up, I would seriously consider it. And if it was another crazy bitch, it would be a no brainer.

It is not a baby, what you are looking at is a body forming it doesn't actually have a brain with any sense really until it's like 12 weeks

I didn't mean any cognitive thinking. But the form is there. I'm just saying you can't just pretend that there's no baby there at a very early stage. I know I wouldn't want to do it, but the circumstances could push me the other way. There should be pressure there to keep the baby although I don't think we should go around locking people up for having abortions. Third trimester is a little late though. That shit is just extra fucked up.
