What Species is this?

Habitat:
On Grass near a wooded area. No sign of decomposition ect
Gills:
Brown. Crowded.

Stem:
Brown, going to Yellowish
Cap:
White-brown, convex, somewhat spherical.
Spore print color:
brown
Bruising:
None I can see. Possibly yellow. See: photos.

I unfortunately didn't think to smell the damn thing. The remainder of the cap I kept for the spore print however smells fresh and somewhat sweet.
