Please help me ID these

I think they are parasol mushrooms, but they maybe shaggy parasols.

I found them in a conifer forest yesterday.

The stem turns red when cut.

The gills are crowded and free, turning slightly pink overnight.

I stored them in the fridge last night.

Do Parasol mushrooms taste better than Shaggy Parasols?
