These are the sort of fields I am looking in for libs in essex UK They are farmers fields and I found about 5 or 6 shrooms that looked like liberty caps but a lot darker like brown leather. Unfortunately I couldn't pick them because two people on horses came past and when I went back to find them I couldn't.
FIELD 1

I know these are not libs but doss whatever it is grow in the same areas as libs?

Fields look OK.
Your last photo shows a Chlorophyllum sp., probably C. rhacodes. It isn't in a state to eat but for future reference, while some are edible, Chlorophyllum spp. should be properly IDd especially given the spread of the poisonous invader Chlorophyllum molybdites. In C. molybdites the mature gills and sporeprint are grey-green.

Field's look good, but I would advise trying to get some higher ground! I usually find my big yields at fairly high altitude..

Do you know perhaps, have there been any confirmed C. molybdites sightings in Europe yet?

It was found in Edinburgh (Watling, 1991), but by all accounts that was isolated. I was thinking I had read of something recent but I will have a flick through some books later - it's a good question, maybe it will turn out I needn't bother about C. molybdites.

This farmers field, when was it last tilled? Seems quite flat and uniformed like it has be farmed in the past few years. Ideally you want old untouched land that has given the mushroom mycelium a long time to grow and develop.

doesn't look the best to me. I've always had best luck with field with sheep grazing. 2 reasons: 1 - I've heard they like the droppings and 2 - te grass is sorter so you an see them easier plus, north facing fields seem to be prefered too best of luck!
