I'm sure pulling a gun out on a bunch of nut jobs with your wife and kids would go well... Sometimes you need to just let assholes be assholes and not be a tough guy.

The guy in the suv deserves every bit of what he got. Do you even know what the bikers were getting revenge for? The guy in the suv did something horrible, then the information spread and they decided to get a gang together and find him. I'm rooting for the bikers. Fuck the guy in that suv.

Yeah you have a point and I don't have a wife or kids so I'm really just talking. It just pisses me off that these punks give a bad name to bikers and lets be honest this was mob mentality and anyone would panic in the heat of he situation. Also the guy who was slowing down in front of the suv was looking back mean mugging and trying to cause a problem. You reap what you sow and there isn't any evidence the guy who got ran over was trying to help like his wife and her fake eyebrows told the media.

Prove it thirtygoats. The way I see it these punkasses were pissed they couldn't have the entire road to themselves so they escalated the situation and assaulted an innocent man infront of his wife and 2 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER. End of story. Quit being so naive people.

The "innocent man" drove through the motorcyclists and ran over a guy on purpose. That is what got him beat up. And he deserved it.

He did that after they slashed his tires and crowded his vehicle.
I would've ran a mofucka over, too.

He probably thought they were going to kill him or something . Who knows what was going through his head. I know I f they boxed me in and were acting in a threatening way towards a child I would do the exact same thing. By the way I'm a biker myself and I know what respect means. You have to give it to get it. He should have taken them all out sorry if you don't agree but you won't change my mind.

Yeah it's unfortunate that things played out how they did, but the SUV driver was not the one seeking out this conflict. They all trapped him in on purpose.

So you think vigilante justice is justifiable? Maybe call law enforcement and tell them you know where the potential suspect is located.
Let law enforcement conduct an investigation and determine what really happened, and let them determine the proper course of action, not a bunch of thugs on motorcycles.

How did this even start, anyways? I heard an interview with one of the boners, he said the guy in the SUV was being rude and slammed on his breaks infront of them or something like that.

gotten out of the way of a gigantic swarm of bikers. if i had hit one of them like in that video, i would have pulled over to the side and let the 1 guy smash my window while i called the cops. I most certainly would not have plowed through a crowd of people.
I would have yelled to the other bikers "hey help me this guy is smashing my car" and someone would have been like "hey man leave him alone lets continue our ride".
My money is entirely on the suv guy being a psycho, and him and his family are gonna lie and blame his monstrous over-reaction on how big and scary 1 biker was.
Honestly i think they said they were afraid of the life of their 2 year old. What kind of horseshit is that did they think a biker was gonna rip their 2 year old out of the car and kill her?
I hope that guy got what was coming to him.
funny i say i want to kill a dog because it scares me and everyone on here flips out. Some guy drives through a crowd of people because he's scared and its justified.

So if the cops don't show up in time, and after breaking the window they start hauling him out of the car and beating him up (as they did later,) what options does he have at that point?
Also how was he in their way? There were multiple lanes and his car only occupied one of them.

The first biker is being charged, and prosecutors are in the process of building cases against the other perpetrators (other bikers).
http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57605680/christopher-cruz-biker-charged-in-new-york-road-rage-incident-faces-judge/
It looks like the law is going after the bikers, finally law enforcement is doing the right course of action.

take the beating? u don't drive through innocent people because you're getting beaten up.
many people in this thread mentioned he should have had a gun, suppose he did. In the same situation would it have been right for him to start wildly firing at everyone near him?
