Found these in a field along a walking path in WA state. I believe them to be P. semilanceata, Liberty Caps.
Yes?

Damn. There were SO many of them!
How can you tell the difference? What are the distinguishing features?

I may be a noob, but I ain't no dummy. I've been looking at Stamets' PMOTW where he says (and is repeated many times on this site and over at Mycotopia) that spore prints are one of the best identifiers. This seems like a good example of why.
On another note, are these Mycenia sp. a good indicator species? Should I keep looking in the same spot?

Those were on buried wood, which is no indicator either way. Fields and good luck!
