Why won't my WBS jars colonize?

Hi members of the shroomery community, I have ran into a problem and looking for advise on the matter.
Im attempting a bulk grow that will be fruited in a martha terrarium. I followed the *Lets Grow Mushrooms Bulk Part 1 and Part 2* video on youtube- - but for some reason my jars won't colonize.
A little more detail:
I used Wild Bird Feed and a layer of vermiculite on the bottom of each 1.5 pint mason jar. I punched a hole in the middle of the jar and used tyvek envelope to create a sterile breathing airway.
I forgot the name of the vendor i bought my spores from, but it was a credible one according to this website and I can easily see the spores in the syringes. I usually purchase from freespores but unfortunately I see they only take money orders now.
All 9 1.5 Pint jars I injected (using a few different species of mushrooms) are showing 0 growth after 20 days of sitting. 15 of the days were in a 70 degree environment, but 5 days ago I placed them outside in the 80+ degree weather and I still see no growth. I would expect to see bacteria growing at least?
Can anyone plz help me with suggestions? Could the spores just of been bad or did I do something wrong in the Tek?
Oh and lastly the jars look reallllly wet inside. Maybe I didn't drain the wbs well enough after boiling for 90 min?
Thanks.. I really hope I get some feedback.

You probably messed up on grain prep. Wbs is really simple, no need to add anything other than gypsum. Just let the grains soak overnight, heat them up to right when the water starts to steam, then turn off the heat and dump out the water. strain the seeds until no more water drips from them, occasionally shake the strainer to get all the water out. Most people strain for around 30 minutes. Once the wbs can be put on a piece of toilet paper without getting it wet then it's ready to be pressure cooked.

This is good advice. I don't even use gypsum in my grains, never have. Just straight WBS or Milo.
You can't always see bacterial contams If you actually keep the jars in a tub of their own, sometimes you can detect by smell when you open the box.
If it has been THAT long and you see ZERO growth, I would probably take a jar outside and open it, handle the grains, smell - touch - taste... see if anything is off by physical examination of a jar.
Does not sound likely at this point, that you will see germination...but weirder shit has been known to happen :P

If you have not seen growth in 20 days you aren't going to. Try again. Check this out https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/17252080#17252080

Sounds like bacteria, I bet your grain was too wet. It should literally be dry on the outside, as dry as it was when you bought it.

Right on, well thanks for the help everyone.
Surprisingly when I looked at the jars yesterday 4 of them were showing about 20-30% colonization.
Sadly, pretty sure at least 2 are contaminated, unless the wbs just makes the color look awkward.
I colonized 2 more jars and strained the hell out of them.
If anyone has any more suggestions plz post! iv done some 500 jar plus (lol) pf teks but this is my first bulk grow. I plan to G2G transfer when atleast 1 gets colonized without contams.
