Yep, plenty of times on a casing. They usually always abort, or they will straiten up and grow correctly (although mal-shaped).

One thing. That is way too much condensation on that cake. If you mist, cut down.

my FOAF has had a mushroom growing off the cap of another mushroom...wish he woulda had a digital camera for that one, it was a trip
