How much does it cost to start the government back up? When u let a car sit for too long months u gotta sometimes put air in the tires, get a new battery, change the oil, etc..

they need a thorough redesign of the system we need to put criminals in jail and ambulances, that's about the only thing we need in a system IMO
and crimes should only be crimes that hurt others
MORE TOLERANCE, MORE ACCEPTANCE TO SOCIETY

btw we can all make that change to everyone around us... by being that change help others, accept others, share your viewpoint no matter what others think about you

While I have never seen an episode of Breaking Bad, I am familiar with the basic premise.
Based on that premise, you should read your response again.
Unless my knowledge of the story is wrong, Walt became a meth dealer because he was going to die... correct?
Therefore if he had insurance, he'd have not started selling meth.
Had he not started selling meth (in your dream world) others would not have been affected/killed/addicted. Seems like (in your dream world) that would make Obamacare good.
Of course in the real world... someone else would have.
He started making meth so his illness would not bankrupt his family.

Exactly.
This isn't about Obama or the Democrats being stubborn, this is the GOP House trying to circumvent the legislative process by bribing a law either out of existence, or at the very least delayed until they get another chance to try to repeal it again.
Lets be real. The Republicans have tried to repeal this law 41 times. They aren't simply offering a 1 year delay because they're suddenly accepting the idea of it taking effect. They're doing it to save face, because, guess what, once again the Republicans are getting all the blame.
This is, of course, nonsense. Obama himself has delayed the ACA repeatedly for his favored actors. The last House proposal was to force Congress and staffers to have to follow the same laws as everybody else (except all of those who have already received waivers). Reid said no. The Dems are being petulant fucks. They refuse to come to conference. Obama refuses to bend to the will of the people, who hate this more and more every day, and he gives his cronies breaks from the law. Total horseshit. He might have a case if he hadn't himself delayed a shit load of it, and the roll out, day zero being today, has been a fucking disaster. http://washingtonexaminer.com/article/2536640
Fucking morons. And let's not forget that the IRS is deeply involved in this.

That's a bold-faced lie if I have ever seen one. The democrats have asked to go to conference 18 times over the last six months for the FY2014 budget. Boehner turned them down every single time. With an hour to go until the shutdown Boehner than claims he wants to go to a conference.
Why do you rely on lies and personal attacks to get your point across?

You cannot seriously say it is too hard to become a doctor... It isn't like you can cut corners... Either you know medical stuff well enough for people to trust you with their body, or you don't... While you could make the tests easier, but WHY??? America is generally regarded to have the BEST DOCTORS IN THE WORLD, THE WORLD!!! Perhaps they are expensive, but you can hardly blame them... Why would you even SUGGEST lowering our medical standards....
It is just beyond me....
Our medical standards are far below the rest of the world when you look at cost AND results. We pay twice as much yet have a significantly shorter lifespans than almost any modern country.
I sincerely doubt you pay shit.

Its amazing how the bankers and the politicians who laid economic waste upon your country are never blamed for anything.
What scares me the most is that they blame the poor and claim they are getting free rides.
then scare us and show us we're wrong
Total welfare costs run somewhere around 395 billion year, the housing market looting collapse alone cost your country 8.3 trillion dollars, and countless jobs. These deadbeats are lightweight compared to that.
More nonsense. Housing markets go up and they go down. It is ever thus. Government interference in the housing market caused prices to rise. Do you know who made huge bank? A whole generation of grannies who cashed out. Do you wanna claw back their profits? The entire housing crisis was caused by lowering standards to allow bums to get loans and then finding that bums act like bums. Who knew?

So is the great majority of what "progressives" believe.
-------------------- You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it. ~ Adrian Rogers

Patlal. The republicans in the House are refusing to pass a budget that doesn't include defunding the healthcare law, which the biggest part starts tomorrow. They are holding the entire government hostage, trying to wreck a law that has been approved by all THREE branches of government.
Dude like.... Obama Care is simply the last straw on the camels back. Sure Republicans are greedy assholes who never care about much more destructive things passing thrgh the supreme court, bond buy outs, etc. But do you remember when the national debt reached $15 trillion?
