If the House bill included a ban on Muslims, you'd still blame the Senate for not passing it.

All the Democrats had to do was agree to not take subsidies, but they couldn't even do that for this country!

It's not the truth. If the Senate declined to take up an unconstitutional bill attempting to ban a religion, I'd be right behind them.
I've omitted nothing.

Blame blame blame Obama. No. The house reps openly and plainly said "We will force a shutdown if we do not get our way" This was their choice, and their move, their fault. If anything you should be blaming your representatives for not doing their job way back when this bill was being passed.

The House is circumventing the checks and balances of government to bribe their way to "victory."
There are much better ways to go about repealing a law you don't like. Can you at least agree to that?
Or should the Senate reject every single bill that doesnt include an assault weapons ban?

They tried. The Dems resorted to shenanigans. Had they actually passed a bipartisan bill this entire conversation would be moot.

Had it not been passed using unconventional procedures I would agree. Democrats ran over Republican objections and now act surprised that Republicans resort to unconventional means to stop it. The hypocrisy is epic.

Assault weapons are almost impossible to get for ordinary citizens. Unless you are referring to the way the uneducated refer to semi-automatics. Firearms are permitted by the constitution.
