Mycelium sometimes takes a while (days to weeks depending on species, age of culture, and other things) to adapt to a new food source, and then grow rapidly once it decides to stop being picky. In the meantime, fuzz growing only on the tissue is absolutely normal.
How long has the tissue been on the agar? One problem with cloning store-bought mushrooms is that they start a culture from spores and grow it out through as many generations of spawn as they can get away with before putting it on bulk substrate and giving it "fruiting conditions." With age, a culture may get pickier about what food it will accept, or may refuse to spread or grow mushrooms at all. (But this does not explain problems with a culture you have started yourself from spores.)
If there is fuzzy growth on the agar not near the tissue, either (1) the tissue touched that part before landing in its final position, lost a few cells there, and those are now growing or (2) you have mold contamination. I can't quite tell what's going on from these pictures.

What kind of agar are you using? I ran into this problem, mycelium growing on tissue only and dying off. Come to find out, some agar agar bought in Asian markets contain fungicide to ensure shelf life. I also ran into this problem when trying to make a draft cider from store bought apple juice... it had arsenic in it and killed my yeast rapidly. Live, grow and learn.

i'm guessing pic 3 is from spores. i don't have much experience with agaricus, but don't bother with store bought shrooms. LC from a vendor is the best recipe for success.

its now 7 days i did the clone on 23 Sep and the myc is only on the agar so i don`t think its a contamination
mr. cubenpete am using ordinary PDA and MEA with same results on cardboard ther is a deferent growth its better but the camera is bad so i will upload the photo next week till i buy another one now should i try it on grain at this stage or just wait ?????

Looking good!
My grain recipe is: -rinse whole rye grains (a cup of them per quart jar) -soak overnight -boil for 10min -drain them, shaking a bit to help steam evaporate -distribute evenly into jars -pressure cook for 90min
Sometimes I've added some gypsum, but it didn't seem to make much difference.
