Ok, I haven't really seen this on a tek guide yet or maybe I missed it, its really the only thing im stuck on at the moment, once I get the spores, how much water should I put in the syringe and what kind of water. And Will any syringe work, or is it a special "Spore Syringe".

any syringe with like an 18 guage needle will work..have you read any of the syringe teks or such? you need sterilized water to cuk up into the syringe...if the syringe is 10ml's use 10ml's of water...if your syringe is 12ml's use 12 ml's of water.

Try to get a syring with a "luer lock"... this is threading on the syringe that means the needle screws in. It makes the needle much more sequer

I am so happy you said that...my foaf was injecting some jars a while back, and the freaking needle fell right off...he put it back on and continued, and luckily no contams...but holy crap that was a shock.
